+ -1 moreRon is so polite, knowledgeable and thorough. We had him do our pre-drywall inspection during construction & turn-key inspection before closing. Not only does Ron have an extensive background in inspection, but he cares about the “homeowner to be”. He answered all of the questions I had about issues we found throughout the house. Ron shows that he cares by taking his time, going by code and producing a info-packed report (w/ punch list) once his inspection is complete. I referred Ron to my cousin (next-door neighboor) and he provided the same, outstanding service.
