GREAT service. I called to inquire about the glass in the morning, I brought in the dimensions and had my glass within 20 minutes at an extremely reasonable price. Would go here again for any glass needs.

When I made the appointment, I spoke to someone who I believe was the owner or manager about replacing an additional window with custom glass. This person said he would come over with the installer and discuss options and costs with me. I thought that sounded great!
When the installer arrived at his scheduled time, he was alone. When I asked about the man who was supposed to come with him, he said he knew nothing about it. I then called their office, and the man was at the office waiting for the installer's call, fully prepared to come meet with me. He told me that the installer had failed to call him and that all of this information had been noted on the work order. And when I got my copy of the order, the information was indeed duly noted. Because of the lead time involved in him coming to the house, we concluded the installer would finish his work before he could arrive, so we canceled his part of the appointment.
The installer than went to work replacing the glass. Not long thereafter, the installer approached me to say there were actually three mini-panes (and not two) that were broken. I asked to see the third window and saw that it was broken badly. I told him that there was no way that window had been broken before his arrival. He said OK and that he'd fix it for no additional charge. I don't know whether he broke the window accidentally or on purpose. But there is no doubt in my mind that he broke it.
After the work was completed and the installer had left, I found fragments of glass and panes on the windowsills and below the windows. And the replaced panes were covered with fingerprints. The installer made no attempt to clean up or to leave the newly installed glass looking nice.
I cannot recommend them.

Their customer service is wonderful. They will bend over backwards for you to solve any problems that might arise. There are extremely courteous. You couldn't ask for a better group of people.

They provided a very fair price and did excellent work. I really appreciated that the owner, Jerrod, responded quickly to any issues and fixed them without question.

Incredible team! They made sure a team came by before the day was over, gave us a reasonable quote and told me the best way to board up the windows. They could clearly see the stress, distraught and just fear of being there alone with no window and promises they expedite the order for our custom window. And did they follow through!!! Just 2 days later, they called to make an appointment to come back to finish the job. And they didnt even laugh at my pathetic window boarding and inability to measure!! They cleaned up after the job quite thoroughly - even moved the heavy under sized board back to the garage for me too!!! Thanks, Northwest Glass!!

Great service. Slight mix up on delivery date. Appreciated the fact that they wore booties on there feet to keep my rug clean!

First guy that came really didn't finish the job, just threw it up there. I let them know that I wasn't happy with my mirror. I spoke with the owner. He sent a guy out in 2 weeks (after ordering some supplies for it) days and they fixed it. Did a great job and didn't charge me anything for the second visit.

Minor problem with scheduling but overall a very nice experience. The installers recommended ways to save a lot of money instead of just trying to sell us the most expensive shower.

Northwest Glass and Mirror is a very honest company to work with. They have good people who do good work. I did have one mishap with a small knick in one of the mirrors that was not real visible to me but they insisted on either giving me a discount or replacing it. I was very impressed with that. I would rather not say the price as it would not be fair because I received a discount on the mirror.

Northwest Glass and Mirror were very polite and did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything really good. They installed our window and they did it very fast. I was satisfied with their work and the guys that did it. I feel that the price was very good for the work that they did.

I felt they did a good job and kept me well informed on what was going on. The replacement pane matched the other panes. They were significantly cheaper than the other quote I received.
