They said they found several electrical problems that needed to be fixed (some that were related to the fire, and some that weren't).  He was given the go ahead to fix these problems. I think I made the mistake of telling them that this damage was covered by insurance.  When they were finished, I was presented with a bill for about $3,500.  They ultimately reduced the bill to about $3,000.  After talking to another electrician about what was done and the amount of the bill, he was flabbergasted.  There are also some questions about the work that was done.  If I were you, I would stay away from them completely.

Frank responded quickly even though it was New Year's Eve morning. He found the wiring problem quickly and replaced the outlet. He was courteous, professional and inexpensive.

Despite being very busy with another job, Norris Electric worked us into their schedule, thank goodness.  They came out, explained what the problem was and "stopped the clock" until they could go out and get a replacement doorbell.  Then they came back and installed it.  My husband and I really appreciate their attentiveness and reliability and we appreciate that they took the time to answer our questions and explain what they were doing.  They are really nice guys too.

Initial call out was prompt and courteous, early evening. I had come home from work and found AC was off. Initially called out AC repairman, who determined the problem was something electrical. So I called Norris and they sent someone out, quickly determined there was a weak breaker. The other problem was the 220v line to the AC compressor was rubbing on the siding, and the insulation was rubbed through. So after getting the wiring safe to operate the AC through the night, the electrician came back the next morning and finished the job. He replaced the weak breaker, and replaced about 15 ft of wire from the AC compressor up into the house, added a weather-tight junction box.

Mr. Norris and his staff were very courteous and professional. The service was prompt and the repairs were completed successfully. He kept me well informed of his schedule that day and was able to finish the job on the day we had scheduled. His prompt service was very helpful in getting order restored to my home quickly.

Mr Norris was initially slow to respond, but was able to provide an electrician the same afternoon, once the requirements were advised. Whilst a little late, due to conflicting directions, the work was done in a professional manner. The initial work, quoted as a lump sum was as agreed. The extra work, on hour/parts basis was quite satisfactory, both on price, and quality.

I was having a problem with my power going off and on in various locations in my home.  When I initially called Norris Electric, the owner,  Frank Norris, answered the phone, as well as any other time I called during the ongoing work.  Mr. Norris was in touch with me by e-mail or phone during the process and kept me updated on the progress of work, the cost, and everything went smoothly.  I chose Norris Electric due to the numerous excellent reviews which obviously have been earned.

All went well . Mr Norris had to take a couple of days to get set up to accept credit card payment.

The process went great we contacted Frank and he was able to come down right away on a Saturday and give us a estimate. i chose Norris because they seem to also have a designing perspective as far as how many lights you need and where to place them. Frank was very knowledgeable  and explained everything well and gave the why's, which was great. once i received the estimate i called him and he was also able to do the installation on a Saturday. Frank came in with a installer and explained to him how everything was going to go. Derek the installer did a great job it took about 5 to 6 hours to complete and they patched up everything. sometimes electricians leave small holes next to the fixtures but they made sure to patch those back up and leave no holes behind. we were very satisfied with the work the kitchen looks amazing now very modern and it saves us tons of time and money looking for fixtures to install.

I had no power in my garage.  The circuit breaker was okay, and I had no idea why the power was out.  It was a semi-emergency situation; I had to get by garage door open.  (I'm handicapped and could not hunt for or engage the manual release.)  I called several electricians.  Mr. Norris was the first to say he could come within 2 hours.  His word of was good.  He quickly discovered that the previous owner had installed two GFI connections in the garage.  One controlled the plug for my refrigerator/freezer.  The other for my garage door openers and overhead lights.  On Wednesday, he got the door open and reset the GFIs so the power worked.  The next morning he brought an associate, introduced me to him, and set him to work on replacing the door and lights GFI and putting the fridge/freezer on a separate circuit. 
I am thoroughly pleased with Mr. Norris.  He is prompt, polite, and efficient.  I especially appreciated his introducing his worker to me rather than sending him over cold.  I think you will be very pleased with Norris Electric.

The cost of Norris Electric's was very good. They did a good job. They were very prompt and responsive. We didn't have any problems. They started the work right away.

House had an electrical problem, only half the house had power.  Norris electric showed up on short notice and quickly diagnosed the problem.  The issue was an underground supply cable.  Centerpoint was called and a temporary supply line was installed to the house.  Frank was very professional and would use again.
