We look forward to honoring the $25 coupon that is sent to all of our new customers on your next installation. Upon reviewing our notes, the service provided was initially quoted at $260. We lowered the price to $220 after a request for a discount and explanation of the particular situation that made the job less labor intensive. As with all of our customers, we informed you that the HDMI and other cables are not included in our pricing. Upon survey of the installation site, before doing anything else, we established that the 25’ HDMI cable available would not be long enough to complete the job in the manner that was discussed over the phone, which was also the specific reason for the $40 discount. If the appropriate length cable was provided then we could have done the job at the quoted discounted rate. A longer cable would have cost $45. But we never want a customer to be upset over additional cable costs. So instead of suggesting the purchase of a new cable or charging the initially quoted price, we offered to meet you halfway. So the price increased from $220 to $240. And this was explained and agreed to before the installation began. Situations like this involving non-standard discounts are extremely rare. We are very sorry that this misunderstanding led to a less than high quality experience for you."
