I would recommend New Leaf to anyone buying or selling a home. David Houston helped us purchase a home in Houston, and we couldn't be happier with the results! After a short consultation David provided detailed listings by email of homes matching our criteria. We drove by the homes, attended open houses and compared values. When we saw the home we wanted we called David. We made an offer that afternoon, and it was accepted the same evening. David took good care of us through the offer, acceptance, inspection and closing. And at closing, we got a refund of 2%!
