We had an insurance claim due to damage to our roof from a storm.
They replaced the shingles and we kept finding leaks. They said they
fixed the problem areas but we continued to have problems and damage
to our home. The owner is very rude and disrespectful , it got to the point were
we had to call other companies out to inspect their work. They just shingled
over damaged wood instead of fixing the problem.

the roofing crew arrived at our home at 6:30 am and they got to work. They wasted no time tearing off the old roof. They completely roofed our home and storage building in one day. They cleaned up the area as if they had never been there. The owner Mark Dickerson did not ask for a down payment , he didn't even come for two week to collect payment for the roofing job. He inspected the roof and ask if we were happy with the job and I have to say I am completely 100% . Mark also was able to give me some very helpful advise with a problem we were having with at the time with a third party insurance company that was doing work on our house due to a drunk driver hitting our house. Not only does he own an excellent roofing company he is a knowledgeable and wise business man... I would highly recommend New Image Roofing Houston,

I was very pleased with the time that Mark spent explaining exactly what was going to happen when working with my insurance company and he was there through the entire inspection with the adjuster. Once everyone agreed on needed supplies and we agreed on a price they were able to finish by the end of the week. I had heard horor stories about roofing companies tearing yards up and leaving debris everywhere but I haven't found a nail to this day. Very professional team that's obviously worked with Mark for a long time which says a lot about his company.
I have and would definately recommend New Image Roofing again who wants excellent quality honest work at a fair price. I say honest in that he will not commit insurance fraud which is part of the reason I hired him. Honesty is worth volumes to me and says a lot about a persons character.
