We have had a constancy with them for 4 years and have always received consistent and friendly service from all of the team members. Most recently Sebastian serviced our property and he was on-time? thorough and knowledgeable!

I am always pleased with their customer service! This particular time I had called about removing a couple of wasp nests which is part of my service. Damon, who is usually my tech, came to do the job. He is extremely respectful and courteous and without fail will give me a call to let me know his ETA. I’ve told him before how great he is but wanted to reiterate it when he was taking care of the nests. Highly recommend asking Damon as your tech and also Natran as your service company!

Really well. Reggie was on time, checked out the house properly while making his rounds. We also had some pest issues in the attic soni asked Reggie to check it out, which was not part of the regular maintenance. He did so without hesitation and provided a balanced assessment. Am happy.

Initially I had live bugs, especially roaches, in my townhouse. Natran came in and treated thoroughly inside and out. There is a strong spicy smell for a couple of days. After the initial visit I only needed external treatments every 2 months, and only saw dead bugs.

We were very interested in hiring Natran because we have a small child and were concerned about potentially harmful chemicals from the traditional pest control services. Their techs were very nice, but the natural chemicals (which smell nice!) they used simply did not do the job. We continued seeing roaches nonstop. We've since switched, and are very happy that we no longer have roaches coming into the house.

I had the treatment about 1 month ago. So far, the process has worked as described.

We are scheduled for service every two weeks. it seems to do a good job, but the mosquitoes never completely go away. it is more of a question between one or two bites an evening and being eaten alive. I feel that this is due more to our yard and the recent heavy rain than the quality of their service. I would not switch to a different service.

Things went well and I have used them before. Bought a special through Angie's List. Called and made an appointment. When he got there I also wanted something for the fire ants. Punctual, professional and no sign of pests.

However, they have drastically improved since and the service I now receive is top notch, better than it has ever been. The products they use are extremely effective, and I really appreciate the fact that they are long lasting, water resistant, and safe for all of my pets. The scheduling and payment processes are handled with utmost efficiency and professionalism by the friendly office staff. The ones who deserve the highest praise are the service techincians themselves. This season all of my pest control needs have been handled by Jordan. He has always been friendly and courteous, greeted me with a smile, and inquired as to any specific pest control issues I may be experiencing. He then treats the yard in a thorough and timely manner. Before he leaves, he always makes sure that all of my pest concerns have been addressed and thanks me for using Natran. Personalized service, and knowledgeable and professional technicians like Jordan, are the reasons that I can whole-heartedly recommend Natran to anyone.

Technician was very punctual and thorough. We had some bugs appear a couple weeks later, but with the 60-day guarantee it was no hassle to schedule a follow up treatment.

They did a good job, and I would highly recommend them. The job only took about 40 minutes, and he was spraying the grass and flowerbeds in the front and back yards.
