NATIONWIDE COLLISION CENTERS

This repair was covered by my collision insurance.  They recommended Nationwide.  The estimates were done promptly, and work commenced as soon as we took the car in.  Nationwide kept us updated on the progress of the repair throughout the process, and the vehicle was ready when they said it would be.  They did a very high-quality job.  Installation was perfect and the paint was very well matched. 
The only downside to the whole transaction was that, at Nationwide's instruction, we left our insurance-provded rental car at the body shop.  Apparently no one let the rental company know the car was ready for pickup for several days, and the rental car company called us to find out where the car was.  We had to work with them for a while to make sure that they wouldn't be charging us or our insurers for any extra days.  It all got worked out but Nationwide dropped the ball on this, creating a problem we had to manage.

At the end it was ok.

When I took the van in I explained that in addition to the dent repair, they should note that the door was sticking open and closed.
Emil was very disorganized, and I regret not heeding the red flag that went up when I had to remind him several times who I was, why I was there--as in the whole story (after having talked to him on the phone a couple of times and setting up this drop off time), why I was not going to sign the line that stated and quot;I have seen and approve of all repairs that were done to my vehicleand quot; upon filling out the initial drop-off paperwork, and that he had just given me the same form to fill out.
They did NOT repair the van door sticking, and worse, tried to act as if it was my imagination or quite minor because it didn't happen to get stuck when I brought it back--and quot;Well, it appears to be working fine.and quot; and quot;I doubt it was from the accident.and quot; and quot;It's probably just dirty. Sometimes dirt gets in the tract.and quot; NO--it all started after the vehicle was dented, and I brought this to their attention at drop off as a top repair concern. It was not solved when they cleaned the tract. Thankfully, I captured several videos since my last trip there a week ago, and it happened in Emil's presence today.
Incredulously, his shop is apparently incapable of diagnosing and repairing this problem. He's punting it to the Honda dealership to investigate and fix. If Nationwide can't repair this type of problem, they should have stated that when I brought it in and told them the door was sticking. I have wasted 4+ trips to their shop jumping through their hoops, providing ample evidence.

Nationwide fixed my vehicle after an accident, and other than a couple of days delay from their initial estimated completion date, everything was great! Good communication! Loaner during repairs was a lifesaver! Would definitely recommend!

Overall, the job went fine. The pricing was reasonable. The car was not ready when they said it would be. I had to call them to get an update, they never called me. I had to call them every time to see when the car would be ready. The work was good. It was not excellent, but it was good.

They returned the car promptly as promised and they were very polite and professional. Since the fender bender was caused by another driver the cost was covered but I also fixed a small dent in my car. It was a great experience. Their promptness was very important to me because I have children and the car is a critical part of my life. They kept their word and they called me when the car was ready to be picked up.

It was fast, clear, courteous and professional. They named the price and the time it would take, and they did what they said. The job was excellent.

Santos, the General Manager, asked if they could try to buff out the scraps first and then see what had to be done. About twenty minutes later the car came back looking great. They buffed out all of the scratches and also applied matching touch up paint to one area near the wheel well that was more more heavily damaged. When I asked Santos how much I owed, he said no charge.

In April 2008, I purchased a new vehicle and was interested in having some panels painted to match with hopes to have a one of a kind vehicle in that particular make and model. I called my insurance company for a referral and they were able to point me in the direction of Nationwide Collision. I was in the area one day and was able to speak to Santos who advised me of the best way to go about achieving the look I was after. I received an estimate as Santos informed me that he could get started right away and I could have my truck back by the weekend. I immediately called my husband and we made arrangements to leave the vehicle with the shop. They kept me informed throughout the short period of time my truck was there and it was ready within a matter of days as promised! As I arrived to pick it up, they knew who I was and had all necessary paperwork ready (including a warranty). There was no waiting from start to finish. It was a very seamless process and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The service they performed was outstanding, better than I had imagined it myself.
