Multimedia Tech

After contacting Multimedia Tech to install a Fireplace TV mount i was given an installation quote. The price included the TV Mount itself, a Sound Bar Mount, and installation. Someone was sent out and did a poor job installing the TV mount(not level). I asked why the Sound Bar Mount was not being installed at the same time. I was told the Sound Bar Mount was not shipped yet and would be contacted when it was ready to install. After weeks passed waiting to be contacted about the status of the Sound Bar Mount i contacted Multimedia Tech. The person who answered played dumb and pretended to not know about me or my previous dealings with Multimedia Tech. After giving him the Quote invoice # i received via Email i was all of the sudden treated very nicely. A time and date was scheduled to finally install the Sound Bar Mount. No one showed up the first time. I contacted this person a second time and scheduled another install appointment. Again no one showed up. I took several days off work to be home and was met with no one arriving to install and no answer at the phone number listed. At this point i began to suspect i was being ignored and after repeated calls to Multimedia Tech the person who answered pretended to not be able to hear me or would just plain hang up. I left a voicemail pleading to just allow me to pickup the equipment i rightfully paid for and i would forget about the install. Repeated calls are met with being sent directly to voice mail or the same person answering but pretending to not be able to hear me or being hung up on. Multimedia Tech as been extremely unprofessional and is downright scamming me out of a $100 Sound Bar Mount + Install. I have contacted a lawyer and local law enforcement and will be seeking full compensation for my days taken off work and for the unfinished work at my home. I highly suggest the owner contact me to resolve these issues.

This guy is a complete CROOK!!!  He gave me a quote, took my payment and never showed up.  I called, text and emailed him SEVERAL times with no response.  I had to dispute the charge on my credit card, was refunded the money by Chase then got a letter a month later with him stating that he did the work prier to taking the payment.  He did nothing but give me a quote and take my money. I have now had to send all the emails and proof of another company coming to my house and doing the job.  PLEASE BE WARE THIS GUY (FRANCISO HERNANDEZ) IS A LIER AND A CROOK!!!

I found this company online and got a quote for some work. The technician did not come on the day scheduled, but he did come the next day after calling to ensure we were available. The had marked on my wall and had hardware spread over my patio when he stated that he would not do the work that was quoted at the price that was promised then he left this mess for me to deal with. I contacted the corporate office and was told that this is my problem now. I asked for the technician to come back to perform the scope of the work that was not in question for the price, I was told that they would put me on the schedule only after I paid for the service in full.

We had purchased 2 wall mounts and were looking for someone to install them.  The installer was able to come out the same day.  We were quoted a roughly 2 hour install and $300.  Instead we had an install that apparently took 6 hours and cost over $600.  After calling the manager we compromised to a slightly lower price due to the slow install.
About 2 weeks later one of the mounts ripped off the wall since it was not installed into a stud but instead just had drywall anchors.  We tried to contact the installer to have them come out and repair or refund our money to no avail for a whole week.  So we had to get someone else out to fix the drywall and remount the TV ourselves.  In the process we found that the second TV was also only anchored into the drywall.
Terrible management and service.  If I wanted my TV to fall off the wall I could do it for free.

We were thrilled that a tech could come out as quickly as they could. The estimate was reasonable and he came out right away - that's where the positives stopped. We were quoted 2 TVs mounted and a relocation of a wall outlet. The owner told us it would take no more than 2 hrs. Four hours later (10pm) we finally had the TVs mounted. We were quoted an hourly rate - and we understand that it's an estimate but despite being a "normal" job (as mentioned by the tech) it was fully double what we were quoted. The owner wouldn't answer our phone call to talk about the price so when the tech called to check in at the end of the job, we asked to talk to him. He was recalcitrant but ultimately we compromised on the price. That was not the end of our relationship with this terrible company. Two weeks later the TV mounted in our living room FELL OFF THE WALL! Despite emails with photos and multiple attempts at contacting them - we finally had to call our credit card company in order to dispute.

I didn't like the experience. They respond up to the point where they're in your house, but after that, it's difficult to get them back. I had all kinds of up charges. They came out twice and I couldn't get them out a third time.  They charged me for parts I didn't need.
