I needed the siding on my house replaced within a reasonable period of time. After several bids I selected Mr. S based on price and schedule. There was a crew out as promised and they finished a 2-3 day job in one day including cleanup. The entire experience was the best, beginning with the bidding process right to the end. The office staff responded promptly and answered all my questions and I am very happy with the quality of work. I had an excellent experience.

The office, contractor and workmen were all available, experienced, knowledgeable and worked efficiently. The job on my roof was finished more quickly, for less money than several other estimates. It was one of the best repair experiences I have ever had. I will gladly use them again and am very appreciative of their response to my needs.

Project: New siding and Fascia install, Hardie Plank Mr. S. started on time and was done a day ahead of schedule. Minor issues that are common were addressed immediately and without any inconvenience. Any questions I had were answered and the job looks great. I would definitely hire them again.

Mr s went the extra mile for me by taking on a special order from https://woodtone.com/product/rusticseries/ has a special paint technique that gives hardy plank look like a real wood look. He was willing to go the extra mile as a special order which takes several weeks to fulfill. Most contractors would not do this I plan to hire him for additional projects on my home restoration, Very thoughtful and courteous.

Joey and his crew were courteous, professional and did quality work. They also replaced 8 windows and installed 2 new windows. Work was performed as contracted and some unforeseen issues were handled without extra charges. Work was also done on a very timely basis without hassle. I would highly recommend Mr. S and Joey for any home repair or remodeling work.

Told them I had roof leaks, wanted roof sealed, they acted like they knew what I wanted. They did roof maintenance (and not a good job of it) for $300. Then called and told me what was causing the leak and could fix for another $500.

"This customer called us out for an emergency roof repair on a Saturday and we came out. Our minimal charge is $300.00 to get on the roof and seal leaky pipes, which we did as he said that was the problem. In addition to that we sealed literally over 100 visible nail heads which cause leaks, where the roof had melted for no additional charge. While we were on the roof we found 2 holes on the ridge and 150 sq. ft. of melted shingles where you could literally see plywood. We tried to call him but we could not reach him to approve the additional work to fix the additional areas for $500.00 more which would have made a total project cost of $800.00. We reached him Monday and explained that the additional work would be an additional $500.00 although we did not recommend this. We offered to give him a $300.00 credit towards a new roof that we gave him the quote for. We did not recommend the repair as we found the entire roof to be bad and told the customer that we did not recommend the repair and gave him a quote for a new roof, which he had asked for and that he really needs."

As a 70 year old widow, my roof began leaking. I was not able to get up on the roof myself. I called and he was here in less than 12 hours. He repaired the situation and did a great job. Very personable and saved my home from further damage. Would recommend them to anyone and will contact them again for other repairs.
