Rick the plumber man came and could not disassemble the faucet, in which I understand (Charged $87.50 to say he couldn't repair). He told me that he was going back to order the parts and call me the following Tuesday...I never heard back and I called 3 times without a return call. any real plumber could have completed this task, another company came and had it fixed in 10 minutes. Terrible service
