I initially needed repair of master bedroom breaker that keeps tripping when I turn on lights, tv, etc. The appointment schedulers have a cheery, pleasant attitude. They worked around my availability to schedule the appointment. I loved the Technician, Bert Izquierdo, who performed the work. He wore a mask and remained at a distance, per protocol, the entire time. During the thorough inspection, he physically walked us through any problems found. He explained, in detail, each issue, how it could have happened, and resolution. Bert was extremely honest not just with the issues found but with the price as well. He gave us a series of options with pricing in writing. Mr. Electric didnt charge a trip/travel fee nor an Estimate fee, and they make it clear that there is no obligation. Bert was almost finished with the work when I identified another electrical problem. Bert graciously repaired the small problem, and then triple-checked his prior work to ensure it was done correctly. This Tech is a terrific teacher; never using electrician jargon to explain everything. Mr. Electric, you have a top-notch Technician! Because of Berts professionalism, we decided to become a member. We are definitely using you again, however, we will be specifically asking for Technician, Bert Izquierdo. (Once we find an outstanding, 5-star electrician, we tend to keep them)!!! Quite well....The Technician demonstrated many talents as listed below: 1. Found cause for the doorbell not working properly ... My Chime needed to be replaced 2. suggested I purchase a plug in chime to eliminate charges for installation of a wired one 3. installed and set up my Ring Door Bell device 4. Assessed my Breaker Box and is emailing out an estimate for updating.

Jeremy and Curtis were fantastic. They were professional and friendly. They not only knew what they were doing but did a great job explaining to what they were doing and why it was important. I was able to hire them quickly, with repairs done only 1 week after the estimate. I plan on hiring them again for some more electric work as I was very impressed with their work.

This is a very professional, high quality company. Jeremy was prompt and very knowledgeable about the work. The proposal included higher grade equipment than most of the other bidders were offering, yet the price was less than many others. Despite being on the mend from the flu, he showed up when scheduled and completed the work in a single day - power was back on before dinner! I have an older home that always provides a few surprises for any contractor - but Jeremy had a solution to each. I highly recommend Jeremy for any electrical need.

I made an appointment at 8 AM, which I confirmed by phone in advance. I took time off from work and waited at home. Around 5 minutes passed 8AM, I called them to ask a technician was on his way. I was told that the technician was no longer with them and they did not know when and whom they could send to my house. They did not notify me of this, which is unbelievable to me when you are running a business. There was no apology from them while they were telling me this. I felt that I was done with them. I was late for work for nothing on that day. UPDATE 2/4/19: The Owner of the company contacted me. He apologized for their shortcoming. He was sincere, so I decided to give them a second chance. I made an appointment and this time, a master electrician came at expected time. He gave me a quote, which was more competitive than a quote from a different electrician because Mr. Electric West gave me one year membership at no cost, which provides me with a discount. The work was completed within the estimated time. So after all, it went well.

Went very well. The technician showed up early which as a blessing. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with the perfect solutions for my needs. This is the third time I have used Mr. Electric and every time I have been impressed and extremely satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them and will use then in the future.

EXCELLENT! The Technician David is very knowledgeable, courteous and "customer focused". We had an open discussion regarding my options and the best layout for the lighting before reaching agreement on the design, cost and timing-to-complete. He went to work the same afternoon and completed the job as agreed. We are very pleased with the results.

I decided not to address or I would address it. They got back to me where I could find the product so that was helpful.
