My entire family uses him and they are pleased with him. The man is incredible. He takes care of things the way they should be taken care of. He is really fair in his pricing. Everything I know about him, from clients that I have accumulated from him, he is just a really great guy. His service is wonderful. I cannot say enough good about him. I have used him now for at least 20 years. He is there when he calls and tells you he is going to be there. His professionalism is excellent.

We got several quotes and he was by far the cheapest (about half the price). He took the time to look up out air conditioner warranty, contact the manufacturer and get the parts without any additional cost to us (since the unit was still under warranty).

Our heater broke down just before a nasty cold front.  We called John Moore and that company's employees wanted us, at a minimum,  to replace the motor in our heating unit, which would've cost about $400 - with no guarantees it would solve our problem.  John Moore's reps also tried to talk us into buying a new heating unit, which would've cost about $4000, and even tried to talk us into buying a new A/C unit, which would've added another $8,000.
We called Mike, who came over the next day and replaced the capacitor in our heating unit for $95.99.  Our heater has worked just fine since then.  He was quick and efficient, and didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need.

Overall, happy with Mike's work. He showed up on time. Professional. I will use Mike again.

Mountain Air replaced our two old A/C and furnace units with new ones along with an entire new air duct system. He began and completed the job as scheduled with NO surprises. Great work Mike!

I have been using him for about six years. He always does the work and his price is reasonable. He is a nice person. He always cleans up after himself and he knows everything about air conditioning and heating. He always gets the job done very quickly.

Mike gave me an estimate and then stuck to it. The entire job took a long time, but my schedule was flexible. He goes above and beyond what is required and sticks to his initial price. He's good at what he does, and he's inexpensive. I highly recommend him. I also like that he is a bit of a character who likes to talk. At least he doesn't charge by the hour.
