You couldn't ask for a better experience when building a home the entire team we worked with was outstanding! Phillip handling finances! Dominick the most responsive builder in the world! From the beginning, Morrison has been fantastic! Koren, our sales person, called us every week to let us know what was happing with our home. Cale, our supervisor, met with us at least 5 times, during the building of our home. He took care of everything, about which we were concerned. The workmanship was great. So far, we have only had one warranty request (a shorted out phone wire). They finished everything a month prior to their estimated "delivery" date. We also did our financing and title with their company. They bent over backwards to get us closed on time.

We love the house, They built the house in the time they said they would and the workmanship is outstanding. The customer service is great. The extended warranty (two years) really works well. They responded to our customer service requests promptly. We have no complaints about them.
