Description of Work: Maybe familiarity breed contempt or superficial cleaning. However, our team began to come later and later, spend less time and left visible food residue on our kitchen counters. Considering what a key area the kitchen is, I would expect for all the surfaces to cleaned not just glazed over with a damp rag. Our house was getting progressively dirtier and more dusty despite the cleaners coming on a regular basis. So many standard tasks were left undone at our last service that I realized it was definitely time for a change.

Description of Work: A little pricy but the most reliable service we have used and we have been happy with their work.

Description of Work: Clean. We had to have them come back on a couple of different situations to repeat the cleaning due to unsatisfactory job done.

Description of Work: I signed up for weekly services with Molly Maid for my one bedroom apartment after being very impressed by the initial consultation. At the initial consultation/estimate, the representative was prompt, professional and very thorough in her explanations of the services and the prices. I was pleased overall with the initial deep clean, but not all of the services were as thorough as they were "described" during the consultation. For example, the representative said all items would be removed from furniture/shelves, the surface would be completely dusted, as well as items and then put back. I found the shelves were superficially dusted, but if you moved anything there were many spots missed. I think this should have been covered for a deep initial clean, which was almost double the weekly rate. However, this didn't bother me terribly, since I could easily dust a missed area here and there myself. My biggest complaint was punctuality. I requested on a number of occasions to be given a 4 hour window of arrival, so I could make sure the alarm was off and my dog was crated. However, I was told that they couldn't guarantee an arrival time or even a window of time for the services - meaning they could arrive any time between 8:30 am and 5 pm. This didn't work for me. They did call me once to notify me that the team was running late and wouldn't be arriving until close to 5 pm, and when I returned home from work at 5:30 they were already gone. I didn't feel confident I had received full services in less than 30 minutes. I finally discontinued their services when I recently moved within my apartment complex to a refinished unit (also a one bedroom) and they wanted to start all over with the consultation/rates/schedule. | |I've found another company, Natural Care Cleaning that was willing to give me the first slot of the day which guaranteed my weekly clean time. Natural Care also sends a weekly follow up email where I can send comments if something was not done satisfactorily. I find this to be most helpful. I don't want to call and raise an issue over something small, but it's easy to address a minor missed item in a quick weekly survey. And they are quick to respond if something was missed - however small.
