On 11/2/16 the team assigned to service my home came and did an awesome job!!! I have allergies to dust and those ladies came in and took care of the dust on my floors, tables, furniture etc. when I walked in my home had a fresh smell and I could see a visible difference. The biggest company I've ever worked with has been Molly Maids, they do a good job fo their price range, and the number of people they have, they do a good job. They charged us by the hour, and they brought their own supplies. I think the price is fair, especially somebody's providing their own cleaning supplies, because this means it gone up in price a few years had gone by. If you look at it from a business ownership standpoint, insurance, and basically the cost of doing business with the fair price. I don't think I've ever used a cleaning service that does shoddy work, if you let them know what your expectations are, they almost always are going to give you an A, it's the little stuff that they forget, like taking clothes out of the dryer, putting away utensils in the wrong door or whatever. Usually, the bigger the company, the faster the responsiveness, they respond to whether you email them, text them, or call them, it's usually within an hour.

Crew of 2 ladies arrived early, with all the cleaning supplies in tow that the company provides (vacuum cleaner, dust cloths and spray bottles). The team worked for 3 solids hours scrubbing my 1,300 sq ft house from top to bottom. The ladies were careful to ask questions before starting work; plan to stay close, or be available by phone should questions arise to avoid any confusion. Overall, the cleaning crew performed a thorough cleaning job on my house and left it in great shape.

My house is always sparkling clean. And ... they genuinely care. They left me a note when my cat passed away. Not only do they do a great job and are consistent every time, but they care about your personal items and pets. I highly recommend Molly Maid of Central and NE Houston.
