Auto Accessories
Mobile-One took my car at 8:00am on Saturday morning. At 8pm that evening I was called and told it was ready. While demonstrating the new system it was discovered the FM radio was not picking up a signal - the antenna had not been installed. This was done, and an FM station was tuned in successfully. At this point we then discovered the USB port had been left hidden in the dash - unreachable. This was corrected the next day at 11am. The following week while driving home I discovered the FM radio would only tune to the single station that we had checked during checkout. Further, the AM radio would not tune at all. Tried to take the car back to get this looked at, but had to wait behind other customers, and did not have time to stay. Finally, took the car to another radio shop and paid to have the problems solved. System is working correctly, although the other installer criticized the workmanship he saw in the wiring. Overall, it was a horrible experience. AVOID Mobile-One!!!
