When they reviewed the service call together, it was determined you were right. We made a mistake and used the wrong price! There are levels in our price guide depending on the complexity, and because you supplied the material it should have been lower. While we have spot-checking and training in place to ensure the pricing is applied correctly, this mistake was made. I will call you to discuss what we should have charged you and adjust accordingly.
