Mr.Zanto and his crew were very professional. They were here all week because we had a lot of concrete to replace. They arrived on-time everyday, worked when they were here, were here for city inspectors, and got the job done quickly. They also worked around our electrician who was installing a new electrical feed from the transformer to our electrical box under the driveway. Mr. Zanto did everything necessary to allow for the electrical inspector and that work to get done. Our new concrete is so nice, the work done was very nice. I asked Mr. Zanto to redo the surface on our front porch as it was too rough and he obliged with no problem. The owner was on-site a lot and stayed at the end making sure the small things were wrapped up properly.

Sam was ONLY contractor who was responsive with a physical site inspection for an estimate out of 8 companies contacted. Average bid cost was approximately 20-30% lower from others (and ultimately, there were no Change Order charges). After approval, company crew and equipment were on site the NEXT 2 DAYS with early starts (and mid afternoon ending times - it was HOT). Only disappointment was the amount of incomplete work; but in all fairness, the 2+ acres could not be fully cleared with the minimal budget to this initial partial clearing objective through thick underbrush, saplings and larger trees. At least enough got done to get into the property and take a full inventory of what might be suitable build sites and keeper or loser trees. The project seemed overwhelming, but Sam and crews maintained a professional competency and confidence in getting as much accomplished as what was possible. Significant amounts of debris were left that I wish had been removed but we did not pre-negotiate that element of the Scope of Work. After job inspection revealed minimal raking and a couple of trees nicked from the Skid that was used. I had sought estimates from Mulcher Jobber's but none showed and just as well. The job was more extensive than originally estimated. Additional work is still needed and this company is a definite repeat candidate.
