Mike did a great job!

worked well finding solutions for replacement materials for out of date moldings in an old house. Replaced water damaged timbers and out of date materials that could no longer be found. Very nice job.

Mike communicated promptly, was very polite, assured there'd be no charge if he couldn't solve our issue, arrived right at the time he said he would, found a good and safe way to fix the problem we called about, and charged a very reasonable price. Everything you want in a handyman, all accomplished. Definitely calling him again next time we need help with a job around the house.

He is very slow does not do the work properly. Other then that his customer service is great. I think he should be confined to install smaller/easier projects.

Mike performed two door repairs on my home. He came to my house to evaluate the jobs and gave me a price estimate. The first job was fixing a crack in a door which he performed quickly and exactly how he described. The second job involved shaving off parts of a door so it would properly close. When he came to provide an estimate, he said it would be a simple shave off the top and that it would be a fairly quick job. I mentioned to him that another company had told us they would have to take the door off its hinges shave off the top of the door and also the side of the door, and that they would have to create a new door hinge notch when the side of the door was shaved off. Mike came to our house an hour later then he said he would and first attempted to shave only the top, which did not work. We had to tell him that it would require taking the door off the hinges and shaving the side. He then took the door off the hinge but did not have the tool to create the hinge notches. He had to go home to get this tool and then came back. Mike could not finish the job the same day he came as we had only allotted a couple hours for this project like he estimated. He did come back two days later and finished the job. The price was higher than he quoted, which we understood since it required more time than he thought. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work and time he did. But as an experienced handyman he should have diagnosed the issue better and came prepared with the necessary tools. He was very nice throughout the process and ultimately finished the job.

So rare to find a contractor as thoughtful and meticulous! The project took longer than I thought it would, but I'm extremely pleased with the result.

Mike was quick to respond, very punctual, and kept me updated as to the progress gathering materials for the project before arrival to the jobsite. The final result was excellent at a reasonable price. He is certainly worth considering for future projects.
