Mighty Dog Roofing of West Houston

Mighty Dog Roofing replaced my roof but had a number of issues which I will account for here. 1.) They were inflexible with their date and had to do the work while we were on vacation 2.) They didn't account for the fact that my gutters are seamless with gutter guards when they put in their quote. They charged me another $900 after the fact to reinstall the gutters and they did a poor job with the reinstall forcing me to get another contractor to fix. 3.) They did not pay their subcontractor for the wind storm inspection, even though I was billed for it. I had to pay their subcontractor to get the work done and they still owe me for the $300 reimbursement. This left me without home owners insurance for several months. I do not recommend this company!

Chris Cooper did a fantastic job repairing our roof in a timely manner and safely. The repair was on the fourth floor roof of our town home. Not an easy access job. His team did a quality job with zero concerns. Definitely using Mighty Dog again!

Chris from Might Dog Roofing was able to come out and provide an estimate for my leaking roof. He went a step above and showed me where I had another leak from my secondary AC line and took the time to show me what was going on in the attic. He provided before and after photos of the roof work. Highly recommend Mighty Dog Roofing of West Houston, Chris and his crew!

We are extremely happy with our new roof and the entire process from taking drone pictures, quoting, preparations before the installation and the workmanship. The team of installers did an amazing job and left the yard spotless when they were done. They even covered our swimming pool to make sure no debris would fall in. Recently we removed and replaced our roof on our 3 story, 3 unit townhouse. Unfortunately we used another company and are now noticing some issues. I contacted Chris at Mighty Dog needing advice. Chris and his company were very helpful and went out of their way to inspect my roof and advise me. In hindsight, I wish we had used Mighty Dog to install our new roof. They were helpful and knowledgeable regarding my questions and repairs that were needed. On the frontside of our house, our bay window was leaking. Mighty Dog removed and replaced the metal roof pan needed to fix the problem. They did the work without causing any damage to the surrounding area or neighbors property. They did a nice job removing and replacing the pan. I would highly recommend this company and I plan on using them as needed in the future.
