Never buy or contract to build a house from these people!!! Upon move-in every cabinet door in the kitchen and family fell off. The builder, Everett Taylor, told us that he used the best hinges money could buy. They did some follow up tile work in the bathroom and never put the grout in and now won't send anyone out to complete the job because we are too far away. In addition to this, the advertised surround sound in the family room was actually wired in the wrong room. The company's current customer rep Mark Paulson is very nice but actually never gets anything done and consistently makes excuses.
