Memorial Landscaping gave me heads up into a breed of grass, Zeon Xoysia, that was available because another client had an extra pallet. I LOVE my new backyard. No longer the St Augustine, bermuda grass which I am accustomed to and consider a weed.

I left a message and they contact me by mail asking me to call the office. I did. At first I was getting upset because I just kept listening to the music in their answering machine, I started to wonder if I have picked the right provider. BUT when I spoke with Chad everything was different. He found out what my problem was and asked for my information and then he offered to be here ON that very same day!! He even text me confirming the time he was going to be at my house. He arrived on time, introduced himself and got to work. At the end, he shared his observations and said he will call me on the next day to schedule a new visit on Friday. He cut the water to stop the leak. He was very nice and professional. I will continue this review as soon as I got the job done and my problem fixed. But so far, it has been an excellent service.

Excellent job and very responsive. They were turn key from design to installation all within four weeks or so. We are very pleased. The landscapers were working at the same time we had painters working at the house and the landscapers worked seamlessly with them. Our contact, John, went out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. We did not care for the intensity of some of the landscape lights at first and Memorial came back several times to adjust them and even change out a few until we were 100% satisfied (at no additional cost). The company is very professional, prompt and stands by their work. I would highly recommend Memorial Landscaping and Irrigation.

It was a very, very good company. It was a little bit on the expensive side. He explained on how to maintain the system. He took his time to walk me through the whole thing. He said that most of the work, I can do it on my own. He just showed me how to change the heads and all that stuff. He didn't have to come out if I knew how to do it. He said that I can call him if I had major work to do but he said that I can do little things on my own. I didn't have to pay anybody to do it. That's why he gave me the address of the warehouse. He said that I should go there because it's a lot cheaper than going to the hardware stores. I did go there. This guy gave me more than what I was bargaining for. He just doesn't come out and does his thing but he looks at everything else. He looked at the whole thing.

I had used their service a couple of weeks before to replace a valve and at the time I was impressed with the work performed. The repairman (I believe it was the owner) definitively took its time to do the repair; explained me everything I wanted to know about sprinkler systems (how to change heads, the different types and more, tricks on repairs...). Afterwards, I really had the feeling I had learned something. Very rarely will you meet a guy like that, in any house repair business. Anyway, when I broke the vacuum breaker a couple of days later, I called the same guy. Repair was quick and again he explained me in details on how to fix it my self in the future. Overall Just a great company and owner. After each of the visits, had the feeling that quality work and happy customer is what the ultimate goal was for him. Would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Overall they have performed the job very well and they were really professional and know what they were doing. I am very satisfied with their job.
