Bob is always clear about what he can and can't do and has a huge list of vendors he will refer to.

Very professional, punctual, always figures out ways to save money. More importantly, just a really great person! Will definitely contact him for all future home projects--large or small.
Description of Work
Aside from Home Inspection, Bob has helped do everything related to a bathroom renovation; i.e., demo existing fixtures, install new lights, fans, tubs, toilets, generally everything, except tile installation.

I called Bob late one afternoon and he responded right away and came out early the next morning. Bob is meticulous and very methodical. He has done work for me before and is extremely reasonable. He works as a handyman, and is much less expensive than anyone else I have used.
Description of Work
Bob spent 2 hours installing a faucet and plumbing for a bathroom sink.
