We worked with Adrian (owner of MAZ Contractor Services) on bathroom remodeling for both the master bath and guest bathroom. Both of the bathrooms were old and dated. It was a gut job and total renovation for the big bathroom, converting tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower. The second bathroom was remodeled on a budget (new granite countertop, new paint, new LVP flooring, new epoxy paint for the bathroom wall tile, new LED ceiling light). The final results from both bathrooms were BEAUTIFUL! They look high class with high quality finishes, great design and color scheme. We are very happy and satisfied with the remodeling and the price. These are the things that set Adrian and his company/crew apart from other construction groups out there: 1) Once they start the work, they come every day to work on it. If there is a waiting time (for custom countertop or seamless glass installation), they let us know clearly when and why. 2) Their work is high quality! The tile installation is extremely well done (my dad used to work in tiles so I know). And everything else is done at a high standard. 3) Adrian is on top of the project, organized, is great with communications. We felt very comfortable discussing design options with him and changes during the project. 4) Adrian and his crew kept the mess to a minimum during construction and were timely when they showed up for work. 5) Adrian and his crew can do other renovation or home improvement projects, so we asked them to do exterior repairs and painting. The house looks brand new outside! 6) Adrian is transparent about his prices. The estimate was reasonable, and as we kept adding more things to the project, the additional cost was reasonable. We finished 2 bathrooms remodeling and a complete exterior update seamlessly with Adrian and his crew. No delays, no drama, no hidden costs, no communication issues, no headaches. We know we found a trustworthy contractor in Adrian and his group. And we will use their services again in the future! We give him our highest recommendation!

First and foremost the owner is a man of his word and delivered extremely good quality work. MAZ Contractors won the bid for painting the exterior of our house and our bathroom project because after meeting with him we had confidence he could and would do a good job. We had a fantastic experience working with Adrian Amezquita with Maz Contractor Services. We obtained multiple quotes for the work but they were competitive and could handle the variety of work we were looking to do. They did a complete bathroom model on both our master (new shower glass, granite counter, and a new coating of epoxy on the tub which made it look brand new) and guest (complete demo of tub/shower replaced by walk-in with ceramic tile, glass doors, and sea glass accents, new quartz countertop) bathrooms, Adrian helped with design advice and we couldn't be happier with the end product. Adrian's crew also performed interior paint in both our kitchen and master bedroom (in addition to painting both bathrooms), but probably the most impressive piece of work is the transition of a lattice door overhang in the back, they framed it in solid, shingled it, and you can't even tell it wasn't original with the house. Throughout the whole process, Adrian kept in constant communication. He would text us to let us know who was coming when and what work was expected to take place. The entire job only took about two weeks. Overall, we were very pleased and would absolutely use them again and highly recommend! Grand total at the end of the job $15,800.

When I first talk to Adrián about this project he is very detailed explain to me how the project will go. Once we set a date to start, Adrian and his guy start early that morning. Because of the rain, he couldn’t pour the concrete until the next day, which is very reasonable. After the project was done, he walk me through and answered a few question I have. He even follow up a few days later and check on how the concrete doing and if it is ready to be used. Very good contractor, highly recommended!
