Awesome and very easy process Alex treated me well and professionally, I happened to find them at just the right time!!

I was recovering from both knees being replaced and have been continually disappointed with the installation, pricing and much more. I was impressed at the beginning but found I did NOT do enough research. I had to call them back when the parts on top had to be reinstalled like the hand held shower. I was also very disappointed when I found that do NOT offer or include the discounts offered by Medicare. I would recommend that anyone getting a walk-in tub avoid this company.

The installer came in politely and introduced himself as Christian and told me what he was going to do. He was timely and efficient. I am going to hire this company for other work that I need done.

Went well, they came in early that morning and was complete by 7:30 pm on the same day.

The sales person was very well informed about the tub and explained all the features and how the tub operated. The company kept in contact with us about how the progress of the manufacture of the tub and set a date when to expect installation. The installation crew
 came on scheduled time and went right to work. The men knew exactly how to remove the old tub and prepare the place for the new tub. They kept the work area clean and finished the installation promptly. I would recommend this company very highly to all. The two men that installed the tub were Hector Sanchez and Chuck Crawford

I could not have asked for better service. They basically had the tub installed in one day. I wasn't even expecting the non-stick acrylic strip. I was very pleased with everything! They were very nice and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't think of one thing they could do better.

Excellent, they came when they were suppose to. Told me what they were going to do. Laid down tarps and went to work. It took 2 days, when they were finished, they cleaned up. They did a great job!

I thought we had a good understanding of what I was suppose to get and the work performed.  I was led to believe this bathroom remodel a lot of quality material and labor intensive to justify the price, it did not turn out that way.  The first technician that came out was terrible, quality of work performed.  I wanted to stop him in the middle the the job except his pounding to remove the tub broke and cracked the tile in the adjacent bathroom, which would have meant I would have no shower at all if he stopped work.  The things wrong with the job  performed is way to many describe.  I wrote a letter the MaxHome, and now I have to admit the response from the supervisor and general manager was surprising.  I shared all that was wrong and sent pictures of the job performed and both of them was not happy.  I was assured that the work would be completed to my satisfaction and they came through with their promise.  I had to wait another few weeks for new materials and shower pan to come from manufacturer, but that was ok.  This time the technician that came out was very good and understandable.  He removed the entire shower and walls to replace with new ones including new shower pan that was better than the one originally installed, plus installed my safety grab bars correctly and where they should have been in the first place.  So, the redo that was done made me happy with the outcome, now, I am still waiting on the $100 gift certificate from BedBathBeyond? that was promised to me after completion.  All in All the company seems to  pride themselves on customer satisfaction and that is very true.

Great work.  On time, great setup and cleanup. John installed shower in one day (he is an expert!!!).  It is beautiful.  Bathroom looks new.   Thinking about doing another Bathroom!

They removed the bathtub and put in the new shower in 1 day. Looks great! They were very professional. Only problem was that I had a hard time getting a hold of them.

It was at the end of last year.The first time I got my shower done, they did great work. We liked it. We decided six months later, we would do a tub conversion in my wife's bathroom It was an inconvenience for six or eight hours and that was it. ?There was nothing they could have done better. They did what they said they would do and everything fits perfectly. It looks great. I have no complaints. ?They did great work.

It turned out very well. I liked that they came when they said they would and the job was completed in the time frame given. They were able to get it completed in one day. They were very professional and came back to make sure I was pleased.

We thought that the bathtub would have to be re-finished as we had tried multiple times and ways to remove the old, unsightly non-slip pads, but they told us the pad could be removed.  They were able to remove them.  They cleaned the bathtub, re-caulked it, and installed a new shower enclosure making the bathroom look great. The service provider was great to deal with. Showed up when they said they would and did what they said they were going to do. Could have charged us to re-finish the bathtub, but did only what needed to be done  and for a good price.  Would use these folks again anytime we need something like this done.

I love the tub and no mold grows in it. It is easy to maintain and clean. The only thing that is bad, and maybe it's because my house is older, was they said that they can do it in one day but they stopped during mid work and I had to contract a plumber to come move some pipes. I was kind of sad that they advertised that it would take one day. But, as far as the product itself, it is wonderful.

Overall it went well. Work did not start as promised due to miscommunication between departments. Did not start work for 3 or 4 days.
