We had our windows measured in 09/12/22. The representative spent 20 min to measure 11 windows and one patio door. After he left I was told that the quote would be send to us in the evening or next morning. We did not received the quote. I have already called three times and talked with different people from different departments. Every time I have been promised that I would received the quote today or tomorrow and I am still waiting. I do not understand what is the reason not telling the customer the truth. I would not trust this company.
