Mattresses
Mattress Giant representative, Curly, provided poor customer service & was less than truthful when he told me a mattress would be delivered not only once, but twice, & it was not. Initially, I was told that a replacement for the one I was returning could be delivered the same day. This was not the truth as I returned to the store a second time to try & exchange a mattress I'd purchased. After not receiving a call to schedule the delivery, I was told my order was "kicked out" of the system because it wasn't approved by the district manager & they were doing inventory. This was after I spent two hours in their store trying to exchange a mattress that sagged after only 3 weeks. They make it extremely difficult to return or exchange a mattress despite their satisfaction guarantee, even if you play by their rules.
