We are a Certified Chimney Professional Company. Masters offers a variety of services. For your chimney, we offer service and can also build and install fireplaces. We repair and install custom gas log systems. We are fully insured and provide an excellent level of service. We maintain an excellent customer rating and can provide references when requested. In addition to the Houston area we service the entire residential and commercial areas for Dallas, Ft Worth, and Oklahoma City. Over 20 years of service has provided us with the experience to do the following: chimney cleanings, inspections, gas log and glass door sales, installation and repairs, waterproofing, crack repairs, dampers, smoking corrected, bird and animal removal, dryer vent cleaning, flashing, mortar crowns, and our custom caps. They came out for a Chimney inspection and cleaning. The rep looked up the chimney and said we did not need a video inspection. We do not need a cleaning at this time. He inspected the chimney cap and found the spark arrester has deteriorated and will need to be replaced soon. We currently trying to decide if we want to do that this year or next. No charge for the visit.

My service window was 2-4 PM. At 4 PM I called for an update. The customer service rep got right on it. She found out the serviceman had gotten tied up at the dentist. She immediately contacted their supervisor and he promised to come out at 9 AM the next morning to do the inspection/cleaning. I was extremely pleased with the service. My chimney was cleaner than I thought. I was informed that the cap is not up to current codes. I am checking with my TH HOA to see if that is covered by them; and if not, I will definitely be calling Masters to get me fixed up.

I had them out to do an estimate for repair of the chimney since it was leaking, come to find out it was not installed correctly by Palm Harbor in the first place. We decided to have it permanently sealed instead of fixing it. The 2 gentlemen that came out were very professional and courteous, they removed the pipe and sealed the hole until we can get the roofers out and just charged the price of the estimate, nothing extra for their work on sealing the hole. I will use them in the future for any of my fireplace/chimney needs.
