Marcia Waraksa

Met Marcia at an open house she was conducting.  Then, a couple of months later, we met her again at a lottery conducted by a local builder in a new subdivision being constructed in League City.  I asked why she was there and, like us, she was there to participate in the lottery for a lot option (personal, not for a client).  The lottery took 5 hours in pouring rain.  As it turns out, both of us surrendered our lot options.  A couple of months after that, we met Marcia again at another open house.  Interesting that we kept seeing her during our house hunt.  So we talked about what we each were looking for in a home and found that we were looking for very similar features, location, buy vs build etc. for our next home.  That made us decide to hire Marcia as our Buyers Agent.  We wanted the same things!
Marcia promptly showed up for several home showings in pouring rain and at odd hours due to our schedule. She tracked down the smallest details on various properties for us.  Note that we are tough customers to please - very analytical & detail oriented with an odd work schedule.  Marcia has exceptional customer service skills.  She was always prompt,  professional, answered every email in a timely manner, and readily shared her knowledge with us about local realty matters.  This includes coastal insurance requirements and specific home building issues that affect TX Gulf coast area real estate. 
Marcia worked with us tirelessly for 3+ months.  We just closed on a land sale in Clear Lake Shores.  We are very pleased.
Bottom line: There are plenty of realtors and agents around.  But, Marcia Waraksa stands out in the realty world.
