Project delivered within time frame estimate. No major issues, and all minor issues taken care of within an acceptable time to keep the project moving forward. All work crews were polite and respectful and cleaned up after themselves everyday. Daniel the Lead Carpenter for the company is a real expert and talented carpenter. All the subcontractors are good, but the cabinetry stands out the best for the project.

It was a great experience from beginning to end. Jason Manlove is highly professional and skilled. His crew are true craftsmen. The project lasted about 31/2 months, during which time we moved out of the house. It was well worth it. It was very exciting and fun to come to our home every day and watch the transformation. We trusted Jason before the project began, and chose him from three contractor bids, but our trust grew as we went through the process. Jason, as well as our designer, Laura Soto, did some extremely creative additions to our home. We had so much confidence and trust in them that there were some instances when we gave them some creative license. As a result, we have very unusual and beautiful features in our home. One example is a beautiful art wall in our kitchen/breakfast room area. Another is our front bathroom, where our bathroom counter looks like a tree trunk.. Our fireplace was redone with stacked stone and a mesquite wood mantle. We could go on and in with many examples. The bottom line is that we were very happy with the finished remodel. We now have a truly beautiful and much more functional home. We enjoy cooking in our new kitchen. I now enjoy taking warm baths in my very deep soaking tub. Friends and family were totally amazed at the transformation. We continue to use Manlove Remodeling for work on our home. They have since painted the outside of our home, added custom shutters and installed a new wood garage door. We are considering a major renovation to the backyard and pool area. The estimate went great he dotted his I's and crossed his T's when it came to what needed to be done. A day later we revived the estimate and yes it was a bit higher but it included everything you could think of. So we went with Manlove. The work was completed on time and we were very pleased with the quality. We will definitely use Manlove again for any future construction projects.

The work was excellent. Every single person that worked for him did excellent work. He is professional to the ?enth? degree. I couldn?t be more satisfied.
