We met Madhuri Jaju (MJ) a few times while viewing her open houses when we were just getting ideas and scanning the housing market in Pearland. At that time, we were recently settled in Pearland and had no intention of moving. She was very courteous, thorough, and professional. We also noticed how ambitious she was immediately upon meeting her. We read the flyers available on the spot about the house, the upgrades, and its current condition. It is very clear that the homes she sells are in top-notch condition. We were always impressed. She knows exactly how to present a product to sell and sell quickly. Her record speaks for itself. She showed us documentation of her sales record. She is known for selling houses in a matter of days for list price or close to it (sometimes over). We mentally noted that if we ever sold, she would be our realtor. Well, a year later, we found ourselves in love with a house in our neighborhood. I could easily say it was our dream house. We knew it would sell quickly, so we called MJ the very next day (a Sunday). She promptly answered our call and was at our house an hour later. She is such a devoted and hard worker. She worked tirelessly that day (keep in mind it was a Sunday) for 10 hours straight. We needed her to be aggressive and urgent and she was just that for us. We entered into a multiple offer situation with the new house and won with her on our side, fighting for us. Then it was time to put our house on the market and sell it rapidly. She recommended workers to come and fix little things to make the house nearly flawless. They came in around the holidays to get it done for a reasonable price. We had a professional cleaning service come in, also recommended by MJ. She hired a professional photographer to photograph the house in the best possible light. She had wonderful recommendations for everything! The inspector for the house we were buying was top notch and thorough as well as reasonably priced. She had the most organized and efficient lenders and title companies in her Rolodex that we have ever seen. Everything was fast, smooth, and well explained. We worked together despite the holidays and extended hours to get everything completed for our sale in time for the New Year. As soon as the house went on the market January 1st, she scheduled an open house to encompass the entire weekend, where we had approximately 100 visitors. She also scheduled a brokers? open house the following week. After only 8 days, we sold our house for over the asking price to an awesome buyer. She kept the communication flowing between all parties. We were able to sign our papers early and fund a few days later. She worked with the title company and our sellers? realtor to get the keys as early as possible, allowing us to move some boxes over early. This helped tremendously, as the following day we had to move out by lunchtime, as the new owners were moving in.  Timing was perfect and all went well.
MJ exceeded our expectations. She is not only a phenomenal realtor but also a wonderful person and now friend. She truly cares about her clients, their happiness and success. She helped us tremendously from start to finish over the course of a month and a
half. We will miss doing business with such an amazing woman, but we are relieved to be in the home of our dreams. We will be forever grateful for her efforts. She deserves so much more than the percentage she earned. We enthusiastically recommend her to anyone who is considering buying or selling a home.
