My furniture looks great, there is more support when I set down, and it doesn't squeak whim I seat down anymore. BIG PLUS!!

Went well initially but upon return of furnitur thee feet on love seat and stool were badly scratched Took a little bit of persuasion to get him to admit that the feet had not been scratched previously. However he did offer to take away the feet and to re paint them which was duly done This however took considerable time and required at least 2 phone calls to check when feet would be returned The feet have been re painted but now are considerably darker than the ones on the sofa My sofa cushions now no longer fit on the sofa properly and keep sliding forward. To be fair when I mentioned this he did come back and install clips on the cushion backs which then clipped onto the sofa back ( more clips) Unfortunately this has not addressed the problem at all The cushions just seem too small with most of the padding on the outer edge. We have decided to mark this up to experience and buy a new sofa The love seat and stool however are perfectly fine and we have no cushion movement on them at all All in all the owner is very nice and helpful but his companie's workmanship in this case let them down

Very well. My decorator recommended Luis. I chose fabric and put it on hold, called Luis and he came and retrieved the sofa. Approx. 4 weeks later, he brought it back, and it's beautiful. The work is detailed and perfectly done. Seams are straight, cushions are appropriate, back is straight, legs are firmly attached and re-done. It's lovely.
