pricing was good and they helped with installing dishwasher. That went great they were on time and friendly.

THe delivery was late they used an outside delivery service who didn't have the water line to hook up the water. They told me that I should have bought it but that information was not given to me when I purchased the unit. That misinformation resulted in two more service calls. Then I relized that they didn't reinstall the door hinge wrong and that they didn't properly elevate the refregorator so that the door would close properly. I then noticed a dent in the door. I called and Lowes and they ordered a new unit when it arrived 7 days later IT HAD A DENT AS WELL. I am waiting for number three now.

Bought new appliances when I moved into my home. Purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer.

I bought a weed puller device.  It works great.  It saved me a lot of time.

A disaster from beginning to end. The top was order incorrectly from the vendor and had to be reordered 6 weeks later once it arrived. So more than 2 months later the correct tops finally arrived. It was difficult to get an installer scheduled, that took a couple more weeks. The installed backsplashes on the tops were not cut to the correct size and have gaps which the installer suggested that I cover with wall paper. I had them reorder the proper size and cover as much as possible though there is still some areas which the new tops & backsplashes do not cover which the old ones did. So now 3 months later we are waiting for new backsplashes to be made which will solve art of the problem. All in all a very poor job, with lots of hassle and very poor service.

Initially the carpeting went very well. The hardwood floors we had some problems with. Both the other company and Lowes resolved the situation and everything suited just fine.

Cabinet was ordered and arrive to Lowes on the time specified (21 days). The cabinet comes with a toe kick in a separate box. The toe kick came with the wrong color and needed to be replaced. It took two weeks, several phone calls, four visits and a push to talk to the special orders guy to get the toe kick again. But the wost is that every single drawer (4 total) in the cabinet has come apart as the manufacturing company (Insignia) does not provide a very good quality cabinet.

They were very good. Got the blinds in and out and done in no time.

I had to show them how to do all the work that they did. It was like they worked for me. It was way over priced to hook 2 screws & unscrew 2 screws. I wasted my money on them.

Lowes had come out and did a rather nice job. However, they were late which was a little bit of an inconvenience for me, but at least they showed up. The workers were nice and courteous. The job was hard job to do and I have no problems with the service or the quality so I guess they did a good job. I would probably hire them again if I needed to.
