I will never purchase from Lowe's again. Worst experience ever. Worst customer service ever. I will take my business elsewhere.

1) Looked at washer and dryer online. Website said both were in stock at this location. Time was important, so we ordered a washer and dryer that were available for delivery the next day. We also ordered delivery and installation.
2) Next day, got a phone call saying the dryer was not in stock and they would have to special order it.
3) Washer delivered 2 days after ordering.
4) Got a phone call a week after ordering informing us that the dryer was damaged in shipping and could not be installed. Re-ordered dryer.
5) 11 days after ordering, got an automated phone call telling me my dryer had arrived at the store and I needed to go pick it up and install it myself.
6) Called store, was informed the dryer would be delivered in the next day between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. Sent wife and daughter to dinner with friends at 5:00. I really wanted to go, but we needed the dryer so I stayed behind to be home when the dryer arrived. Delivery truck never showed up.
7) Called the next morning (now 13 days after ordering). Was informed they will try to get to it today. Hope it arrives today.

The person that came and installed them from LOWE'S was absolutely wonderful. They stayed all day until it was done and cleaned up everything. He made sure everything was taken care of and that they worked. He was just stellar. I know it's a sub-contractor but he was really good. They were punctual. Before they left, they had to do some additional work to make sure the door fit correctly because the size of my door weren't standard as we all thought they were so he had to make adjustments. He was really great.

The dishwasher is excellent and performs as promised. The unit came with free installation. We purchased the unit and installation was easy. After using the dishwasher for several weeks, we noticed when we opened the door and pulled tray out for use that the back of the dishwasher (stainless steel interior) was dented inward, suggesting exterior damage prior to installation. I visited with the store management on several instances and wrote letter with digital pictures, and finally met with the general manager. After that meeting, he agreed to replace the unit free of charge with a new unit. When the installer came to install the new unit I was present to make sure this one was okay, and it was installed without any problems whatsoever. I looked at the one that was removed, and it was damaged on the back pushing inward indicating damage at some point before entry into our home. I was pleased with the response from Lowe's but it took proactive measures on my part.

HIGH PRICED, INCOMPLETE WORK AND SLOPPY INSTALLATION. WE STILL HAD TO CORRECT THE WORK AFTER IT WAS INSTALLED, CLEAN UP, AND PAINT THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF THE DOORS.
