 + -1 moreI have just gotten an inspection by a certified person which confirms the windows were not installed properly!
Description of Work: Lovett homes will not warrant windows that were not installed properly. I am not the only person in my subdivision with this water problem! This is a nightmare which the builder won't own up to..

 + -1 moreOur Lovett house is ok. I give them a C - not great, not terrible. Now that the neighborhood is complete, it's nice, but be forewarned that if you move into a neighborhood that they are still building, the place will be an absolute mess until it's done. Also know that the developer will control the pace of the improvements like your fencing,etc. - we lived with chain link/barbed wire fencing for almost a year when the saleswomen had thought that the brick walls would be build within 3 months. Now that it's done, it's a good solid house; hasn't held its purchase price value but maybe that's mostly the market right now.
Description of Work: New construction patio home in the Medical Center/Reliant Stadium area.
