Josh was the young man who came to my home and did the work. Everything was done by hand and he would stop, from time to time, to explain something to me about the job. He was very good at his work and personable as well. Clearly, doing a good job was his goal.
This company provides other services in addition to window cleaning. If they handle the other services as well as they do their window cleaning operation, they will be highly successful with bountiful high ratings.

"I am very surprised of this review. We received a B rating in punctuality though we showed up a few minutes early. (We were scheduled for 10 am and showed up at 9:57) When I knocked on the door your exact words were "A man on time, I like that". We received a C rating for price though your price was discounted more than 50% (not only the price discounted but the driveway was way more than 750 sqft plus we added on the back patio for NO additional cost). We received a C rating on quality. I still have the before and after pics of this job and it came out night and day. We removed all the back mold from the surface and before we left you complimented on how great everything looked. I am really surprised of this review and am a little disappointed. We go over and beyond to make sure all of our customers are thoroughly happy before leaving. Before leaving your home we did just that and were under the impression that you were happy."

"I am so sorry for your disappointment. There was a language barrier and misunderstood when writing your phone Number. We had thunderstorms move through the area that week and put us a little behind schedule. We called the number we and was not the right number. As far as cleaning gutters by hand, we take pride in the fact that we clean them by hand. This allows us to make sure that we do not leave debris all over your landscape. We will only use water when needed. It has rained a lot since then, I can assure you your gutters are flowing smoothly. We take pride in our customer service and when leaving that day, like we always do we make sure the customer is happy before taking payment. There was no issue at that time.
