Love My Windows

Fantastic. The windows looked so clean when they were done and the workers were so very respectful of my home and very careful in doing their work. They made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work they did. I tape lights in my windows for the holidays and they even cleaned the tape off of the windows. I will definitely use these guys again!!!

I think they were fantastic. They exceeded the expectations. They're one of the best. They've got very good communication skills. They talk to you and let you know what it is. They make a connection with you at a personal level. It looked fantastic when they were finished. It was very clean. I was happy with the price. Quality was excellent. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Love My Windows did an excellent job. They arrived on time and completed the tasks in an efficient manner. In addition, they actually travelled outside of their regular service area to complete the job. My windows and patio looked brand new. This company gets an A+. I hope they plan to expand their service area.

They called and scheduled me for about a week out, but called me back and got me in earlier than expected. Did a great job with great results. They called me to inform me of any additional costs prior to completing week.

It was really nice to be scheduled for service within days of my first contact with the firm. This company is exceptionally responsive in every way. It is obvious that the company culture is based on customer service. Josh was the young man who came to my home and did the work. Everything was done by hand and he would stop, from time to time, to explain something to me about the job. He was very good at his work and personable as well. Clearly, doing a good job was his goal. This company provides other services in addition to window cleaning. If they handle the other services as well as they do their window cleaning operation, they will be highly successful with bountiful high ratings. Good job, Josh!

Great work would highly recommend them

It was fair. It wasn't great. I asked him to do something else and I paid him for that. It was about $50 to $70 additional. They could have done the pressure washing better. I asked them to do along the curb but it wasn't nearly as good as the other folks do along the curbs.

They were prompt, professional, and polite. Everything they did (as listed above) was first class. I will definitely use them again.

It took two hours and the windows look great. The windows had never been cleaned and now they look brand new. My daughter said it is like getting a pair of new glasses.

These guys are fabulous! Arrived a bit early, got the job done in about 2 1/2 hours, which is pretty good considering that the dirt and grime level of my concrete was off the charts. Friendly, best price quote I got, squeezed me in the schedule so I could surprise the hubby....service and value for the service can't get any better than this. Thank you!!

My appointment was for Friday June 10th but not only nobody showed up, nobody didn't call to cancel either. I emailed them and they claimed that they had wrong phone number and sent someone next day. The guy who came to clean the gutters literally used his bare hands to remove the leaves. He did not use any water or vacuum. I was not pleased with that.

Well, you just cannot do any better than provide a quality product along with a most pleasant demeanor.

When they came out they told me that my deck was too far gone for this work to be useful. I am very happy with their professionalism and their honestly about doing this to my deck. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future even though I didn't use them at this time.

The crew arrived on time and did all the requested work. They were courteous and took care not to bring dirt inside the house. We were very pleased with the quality of their work and felt their price was good value for the work that was done. We would definitely use them again.

Scheduling was really easy. I scheduled far in advance and their calendar was wide open. I thought that the price was fair for the work that was done. I would rate the main technician as excellent and I would rate him an “A+”. However, I would rate his assistant a “C” as he was not very thorough with his work. The main technician even removed paint that was left on the windows from a spray painting job, but his assistant missed that on the windows he cleaned. He even cleaned up all of the debris and vacuumed the ledge for me. He changed my light bulb for me as well. He went above and beyond and I would hire him again.

Showed on time and finished in a timely manner. Price was as quoted. My neighbor was impressed by their professionalism and hired them to clean his windows.

Wow! What a great experience I had with Love My Windows! The owner came, he cleaned all my 45 of my windows inside and out in 7 hours or less. The best money we have spent. So professional, polite. I would recommend this family owned business to eveyone that we know.

He did an excellent job, windows looked brand new when job was done. Their was no mess and he put everything back in it's place.
