Fantastic. The windows looked so clean when they were done and the workers were so very respectful of my home and very careful in doing their work. They made sure I was 100% satisfied with the work they did. I tape lights in my windows for the holidays and they even cleaned the tape off of the windows. I will definitely use these guys again!!!

I think they were fantastic. They exceeded the expectations. They're one of the best. They've got very good communication skills. They talk to you and let you know what it is. They make a connection with you at a personal level. It looked fantastic when they were finished. It was very clean. I was happy with the price. Quality was excellent. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Love My Windows did an excellent job. They arrived on time and completed the tasks in an efficient manner. In addition, they actually travelled outside of their regular service area to complete the job. My windows and patio looked brand new. This company gets an A+. They called and scheduled me for about a week out, but called me back and got me in earlier than expected. Did a great job with great results. They called me to inform me of any additional costs prior to completing week.

It was really nice to be scheduled for service within days of my first contact with the firm. This company is exceptionally responsive in every way. It is obvious that the company culture is based on customer service.
Josh was the young man who came to my home and did the work. Everything was done by hand and he would stop, from time to time, to explain something to me about the job. He was very good at his work and personable as well. Clearly, doing a good job was his goal.
This company provides other services in addition to window cleaning. If they handle the other services as well as they do their window cleaning operation, they will be highly successful with bountiful high ratings.

It was fair. It wasn't great. I asked him to do something else and I paid him for that. It was about $50 to $70 additional. They could have done the pressure washing better. I asked them to do along the curb but it wasn't nearly as good as the other folks do along the curbs.

"I am very surprised of this review. We received a B rating in punctuality though we showed up a few minutes early. (We were scheduled for 10 am and showed up at 9:57) When I knocked on the door your exact words were "A man on time, I like that". We received a C rating for price though your price was discounted more than 50% (not only the price discounted but the driveway was way more than 750 sqft plus we added on the back patio for NO additional cost). We received a C rating on quality. I still have the before and after pics of this job and it came out night and day. We removed all the back mold from the surface and before we left you complimented on how great everything looked. I am really surprised of this review and am a little disappointed. We go over and beyond to make sure all of our customers are thoroughly happy before leaving. Before leaving your home we did just that and were under the impression that you were happy."

It took two hours and the windows look great. The windows had never been cleaned and now they look brand new. My daughter said it is like getting a pair of new glasses.

These guys are fabulous! Arrived a bit early, got the job done in about 2 1/2 hours, which is pretty good considering that the dirt and grime level of my concrete was off the charts. Friendly, best price quote I got, squeezed me in the schedule so I could surprise the hubby....service and value for the service can't get any better than this. Thank you!!

My appointment was for Friday June 10th but not only nobody showed up, nobody didn't call to cancel either. I emailed them and they claimed that they had wrong phone number and sent someone next day. The guy who came to clean the gutters literally used his bare hands to remove the leaves. He did not use any water or vacuum. I was not pleased with that.

We had thunderstorms move through the area that week and put us a little behind schedule. We called the number we and was not the right number. As far as cleaning gutters by hand, we take pride in the fact that we clean them by hand. This allows us to make sure that we do not leave debris all over your landscape. We will only use water when needed. It has rained a lot since then, I can assure you your gutters are flowing smoothly. We take pride in our customer service and when leaving that day, like we always do we make sure the customer is happy before taking payment. There was no issue at that time. I am really surprised of this review as we could of made it better right there on the spot. Once again, We are Sorry for your disappointment and if there is anyway for us to fix it please let us know."

When they came out they told me that my deck was too far gone for this work to be useful. I am very happy with their professionalism and their honestly about doing this to my deck. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future even though I didn't use them at this time.

The crew arrived on time and did all the requested work. They were courteous and took care not to bring dirt inside the house. We were very pleased with the quality of their work and felt their price was good value for the work that was done. We would definitely use them again.
