Jim @ Louden's was overall excellent. Very responsive, patient with me as I received bids from other contractors, and quick to schedule and install the complete irrigation system. He walked me through the whole system once it was completed, and gave me several tips and tricks. The only reason I gave him a B instead of an A on quality was the sprinkler head height variations in the yard. Some are high enough to be trip hazards, but not enough to really get in the way. Some have settled since the initial install to not be as bad, but still higher than I would like. I have experience servicing my own system, replacing and adjusting heads, and even capping off and changing parts of systems. So, I think I'm at least halfway qualified to say it was a very good install, and the price he gave me was by FAR the best that I received from the other 4 contractor bids. I'm talking over 30% less than the next closest bid. I would, have, and will keep recommending Louden's to others.

I would highly recommend Loudens. The owner (James Louden) personally does the estimates, designs, and comes out on all the installs. They hand-dug the trenches instead of using machines and filled them in extremely well after laying the pipes and equipment in them. After the system was installed he mentioned to me that he had noticed a few coverage gaps and they should be corrected. It was getting to be late in the evening, so we both agreed that they would come back in about a week due to upcoming rainy weather. They came back and did the adjustments, and even added a few sprinkler heads for no extra charge and the system now covers everything.

The ground was very wet on the day of install so it was messy when installation was complete. We communicated to Mr Louden that we were dissappointed the yard was left such a mess and he had his crew come the following day and clean the yard. We were pleased with that. Also, the pipe that came out of the curve to drain was green, we asked Mr Louden to change the pipe to white and he did. We are pleased at this point. Mr Louden has a high priority of pleasing the customer. Thank you Mr Louden!

I am SO SO happy with the work, promptness, responsiveness and fair price!!! I called in the morning and James returned my call that day and came and did the work that afternoon. He arrived on time and got right to work checking all the sprinkler heads. He told me the 2 items that needed to be fixed and gave me the price and I had him do the repairs right then. When I spoke with him earlier in the day I indicated that I wanted him to also run over to our rental house to check out that system as well. He said it was no problem and did not charge me another and quot;service calland quot; fee to follow me over to the other house 2 miles away. Again, he checked out the system and made one repair (capped off a sprinkler head) and adjusted the sprinklers so they were not spraying down the new fence. The entire process took under an hour and I was thrilled with how he took care of everything I asked. I will definitely hire him again whenever a sprinkler issue arises.

They were on time and worked through a few of the hottest days we had this summer, and horrible humidity. I gave them bottles of water frequently (my idea), and they took all the empties with them to dispose of. They left the yard clean and neat when they left each day. We will have them back when we install the irrigation in the back yard. The workers were very polite and the team manager was very professional in dealing with my husband for the estimate and the final payment and inspection.

They installation went well. Everything was installed as promised and the work was done promptly. I have not had any problems with the hardware since it was installed. The only negative feedback that I can give is that it has been impossible to get James to return phone calls after the system was installed. I have needed to have things altered and now need part of the system to be reinstalled after extensive concrete work around the house, but based on previous attempts to contact him, I will most likely engage another company to do the work when I am finally ready to have it done.

They were very reliable and dependable. I really liked their work our sprinklers look great. They cleaned up well, we had to do no work as far as that.

We received great service when we called Loudens Sprinkler systems to come out to install a whole new sprinkler system in our entire yard. The yard is about a half an acre and the men took about 2 days to install the new system. They then had to put our yard back together and we were very pleased with the landscaping that they did for us. The company has been in business for a long time and came very highly recommended and I too have also recommended them to other people. I am pleased with their services and their prices are reasonable as well.
