Hi Eli, Sorry for the late review..Even thought it's been a year you are not forgotten you've change our whole entire windows in our house. We want you to know how pleased we were with our windows. Like all of the customers we did ask for a a few quotes before using your company.And we are so happy that we go with y'all. Not only the window looks beautiful but you and your crew did a great job! Y'all did not make so much messed while changing the windows and on top of it even offer to send cleaners to clean up.The price was so reasonable for what we got. And in the mid year our gardener broke one of our side window beside the door. Just one phone call, you were there for us and already have the measurement and get it done so quickly without a question. What a lovely service. For sure this is the company y'all should used 100% recommended. Thank you again Eli.

My wife and I are super happy with Longhorn Windows and their professionalism. They were super easy to work with, they gave us an estimate date on when and installed but the windows arrived several weeks early. Longhorn set a date for install, they arrived on time and installed 18 windows within a day. The workers were very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend Longhorn Windows for your window needs.

ZERO STARS! Do not recommend! 10 days after signing contract, owner called stating the sales rep under bid and they would not honor contract! Absolutely ridiculous!

Placed order on Nov. 1, 2021 and deposited $ 10,000 with delivery/install in March 2022. Called on March 23rd and requested information on status of order, Agent stated there had been " delays with manufacturing in 2022 " and that there was a tentative delivery date of April 4th but that was subject to change. When I inquired about why no communication in 2022 notifying customers of the " delays " was given the " supply chain " excuse and no apology or " someone will contact you " about concerns. Order CANCELLED on April 5th..now 5 months later !! I consented to a 3-4 week delay with INSTALLATION DUE TO WINTER WEATHER IN HOUSTON BUT NOT TO 20 WEEK DELAY IN MANUFACTURING !! Ecoview has done a lot of work in my subdivision and comes highly recommended,,guess I just drew the SHORT STRAW on this one but must say COMMUNICATION AFTER CONTRACT SIGNING VERY POOR !!

Crew showed up on time, very efficient, cleaned up after job was done...will hire again

CROOKS!! BREACHED CONTRACT!!! On April 20, 2021 we had a window rep. from EcoView at our home to give an estimate on replacing all of the windows in our home. The rep. was courteous and appeared to be knowledgable. We knew this job would cost over $10,000.00 so we had several companies supply us with pricing. My wife and I spent hours reviewing and discussing the estimates, installation practices, and reviews on each company. Unfortunately, we decided on EcoView. The rep. returned to our home on April 25, 2021 to do a measurement and take a deposit. We agreed on a price, signed a contract, and I placed a $2400.00 deposit for the project on a credit card. On April 28 2021, I spoke with Eli (owner) and he stated the rep mis-quoted our project and he simply could not do the job at that price. He stated he will refund my deposit without issue. I informed him I didn't want a refund and that I wanted the project completed as contracted. I asked him "what was the purpose of the contract? His answer wasn't intelligible. He said it was merely in place in hopes of both parties benefiting from the project. What? I asked Eli what would he have done had I breached the contract. He stated he would have understood and not pursued the compensation written in the contract. Funny thing is, on April 20, 2021, we had a rep from a competing window company at our home when the EcoView rep. arrived. The other salesman warned us of the company and their unscrupulous practices. He said " I know Eli. He used to work at ...... but he got his own company. That guy is a crook. He doesn't do business the right way. I'm surprised he's still in business" I took this as one salesman trying to sabotage another. Boy, was he right! I really can't believe he breached the contract. I promise, this isn't over. Signed- See you in court. BREACHED CONTRACT

Eli and his staff were very knowledgeable and professional. He invested a lot of time into our overall vision and went the extra mile to make sure we could achieve it. Great company!! Will definitively recommend!

They did a good job and cleaned up when they were done

The whole experience was smooth and great . It started from the sales man , he was not pushy but very convincing and made me feel very comfortable to go with his company. The first day of the job , I knew I made the right decision. The crew was just perfect. They excellent in their job and their organization. There was a man for every little thing , it’s just one of a kind crew . This crew is one of a kind and their supervisor was hand to hand with each one of them . I spent most of the first day watching their work because I was curious . I already can’t stop referring them to everyone I know. Job well done

Everything went very smoothly. The crew was here on time and finished the same day. They took care to move things carefully and to clean up after the work.
