Description of Work: Called on a Saturday morning to deal with a suspected possum and set up an appointment for an estimate that afternoon. Their representative was prompt and extremely professional. He looked at the evidence, suggested we bait a trap and told me the price to leave the trap and then pick it up after we caught our prey. He told me he thought it might take a couple days but told me how to release the animal (away from my house) should I catch it on Sunday when pick up was unavailable. He showed me how to operate the trap and rebait it if necessary. Low and behold, Tuesday morning Brutus the possum was in the trap and they came and picked him up so he could continue his jouney of life elsewhere.

Description of Work: How often can you say that you had a 5 star experience? From my initial phone call to Long Point Pest Control to my home inspection I felt like I was part of the Long Point Pest Control team. Raul (who was amazing) walked me through everything that he was looking for that might cause me grief or gross me out. I saw how my home had previously been treated for termites and what he was looking for such has crescent shaped feces...yuk. I will be using their services and want Raul to be my representative who handles my account. To the management at Long Point I hope you see what I saw today. A phenominal employee and someone who respresents your company extremely well. GREAT JOB RAUL and thanks for the education. I'll be seeing you in a couple of weeks.
