+ -1 moreDishonest selling tactics - Luis told us that our home would be unique and no other could be built similar to ours. We were told that the builder doesn’t allow homes with the same elevation and/or colors to be built near another. 6 months later, an home across the street was built and it is IDENTICAL to my home. I’ve spoken to both Luis and Kevin and all I get is the usual run around and blame pass, asking me to take it up with the HOA when this is clearly not an HOA issue. Extremely disappointed.

+ -1 moreVery dishonest. They said they cleaned our concrete slab after sewer water contaminated it and they did not. I had to clean myself. They sent a report over of the estimate of damages by their expert. The expert did not give numbers of measurements or locations and referred to tile in our house that we do not have! This is a company-sponsored "expert" and in my opinion, does not meet the state criteria for "expert" in this field.
Description of Work: Shoddy workmanship and many things that need to be fixed. This is a very dishonest builder. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They return all of the mail they receive from BBB. Our sewer pipes overflowed INTO our home 1 wk after we moved because someone shoved a 2x4 down the backflow and builder does NOT want to make things right. Had to argue to get carpet replaced - not cleaned. Did not replace pad with the upgrade we paid for. Has not reimbursed us our expenses for water extraction. Does not keep appointments made to make repairs in home. There are things on our list they will probably never make right!

+ -1 moreThe sales person lied about several things. The home was not finished on its estimated date. I feel they have terrible customer service. The walls are bowed and we have complained, and they continue to ignore our complaints. I feel faulty material was used as well as a bad design. I've got a long list of complaints that they'll never address.
Description of Work: Long Lake built our Bryarwood home.
