Hired to do monthly pest control. Great, on time service. Quick and pretty effective. Recently we had a reoccurance of roaches (probably weather related) so they came back out and re sprayed for free. None since! Happy with the service and will hire again.

Awesome company. I called at 4:30pm today because I "caught" something in my upstairs attic stairs (the tail was hanging out of the stairs) and was FREAKING OUT! (totally a girl) The man who answered the phone did laugh a little (I am pretty pathetic when it comes to pests of all kinds so I understood his response) but very quickly got someone on the phone and over to my house. Joe, the guy arrived, was SUPER nice and understanding, even though the creature was dead by the time he arrived and I probably could have waited for my husband to take care of it (hindsight....). They gave us a deal and did a pest control treatment while here. He could have been mad at taking the time out of his day to stop over, but he was very kind and had a great attitude (he chuckled a little on my behalf, but I deserved it!). I would definitely recommend them as a great, quality quick service. Especially if you're like me and HATE the idea of a RAT or chupacabra being in your house. Stuck in your attic. With its disgusting tail hanging out. Right in front of your 2 year olds room. Definitely will call them again for any creature sightings and/or regular pest control treatment.

Good prompt service

The exterminators have been wonderful. I've had no problem with them. They are very prompt. They show up when they say they are going to show up. They are nicely dressed, they identify themselves and are very pleasant to work with. I explain to them what our problem is and they just take care of it. We like them a lot. They've been very good. We don't have them on a continuous basis. Especially when they came out and sprayed for the roaches, I've not seen any roaches so they've really done a good job. The only roaches I've seen have been dead roaches. They are very quick to come out.

I would recommend them to others. I spend $80 every three months. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

They are very nice.  They are very knowledgeable. Their pricing is very fair.  They will remove animal pests as well. They will do small jobs or large jobs. They are family owned. They aren’t disruptive when they come. They are punctual. They call before they arrive. We have been very happy with them. They will go the extra mile to help where they are needed.

We have used them for over 20 years and will continue to do so.  We have been using them from more than 20 years.  We had an attack of termites; we had them get rid of the termites.  It is $150 dollars yearly.  They come and check our house every three months and check for termites and bugs.  For normal bug inspection, they charge $80 every three months.  It is $1000 dollars for one time check of the termites.

I had them for a long time.  They generally seemed to do a good job.  They show up when they say they are going to show up.  They do their work and they get out.  The price is not reasonable.

I was not really impressed with the person who came as he did not say anything once he came home. He just came in and started spraying in the house. I do not know if I would call them back.

Very well, the company is very flexible and the staff is friendly.

I have used them for a couple of years now. They have always done a good job of keeping the bugs to a minimal for us. There isn't any smell in the house after they spray and they take precautions when spraying inside also. They call us periodically based on a time period that is recommended to spray and we appreciate that.

I have no problems, and I have been using them for quite sometime. I do not have a contract or anything like that. I just use them as needed for the little critters that sometimes like to hibernate around my home. I have no complaints about the chemicals or the pricing. The people are very nice as well.

We have used them for eight years, as they do a good job for us. They come out every 3 months to spray for us. I haven't had any problems since I began using them. It's nice not to have bugs or insects around the home and yard. They are a great company with good employees. I feel comfortable with them and that's the reason we have used them for so long.
