I would be happy to change my review once the company CALLS ME BACK and FIXES the PROBLEM.
"Hi [member name removed], I noticed your review a few minutes ago and pulled your file. According to our records the repair was completed on the same date that your complaint was filed. Can you please update your review to reflect that this item was taken care of? If our records are incorrect please let me know."
"Thank you for sharing your experience [member name removed]. I am glad you are pleased with your project and your business is greatly appreciated."
"Hi [removed member name], Are you certain you have the right company? There are several companies that have Lone Star n their name. We are Lone Star Patio Builders. There is no record in our system of any of our estimators having met with you or anyone else with a last name that matches yours."
"I reviewed your file and must say this is completely embarrassing and not at all typical of our normal operations. This was an instance of a new employee selling something that we do not do. This is by no means a justification or an excuse but rather a brief explanation. Regarding use of the neighbors phone, we have not nor do we ever screen calls. We do a very large volume of business which is the reason that on occasion a call will go to voicemail. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we caused regarding your screen door. We specialize in a niche industry of patio cover related construction and we stick with what we are really good at building. A screen door replacement does not fall within this category and this should have been explained at the time of your initial estimate request. I am sorry that it wasn't. Our extremely high level of customer satisfaction and typical customer service are the reasons we never accept deposits on projects nor do we accept any form of payment until a project is finished and inspected with each Client. Our payment policy is very rare in our industry. We built a multimillion dollar company on the strength of our word and the quality of our work. I certainly wish we had demonstrated this to you instead of causing you to wait for a screen door that would never have been installed. I take complete responsibility for your inconvenience. We took your experience with all the seriousness it deserves and terminated the salesman that caused this issue. Internal measures insure this type of thing will not happen again and very much appreciate you taking the time to bring this to our attention."
"Thank you for your kind words. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to earn your business. We know you could have hired one of many companies and we are glad you chose us. Thank you for your business and for sharing your experience."
"Hi [member name removed], I understand your frustration. We literally get about 200 requests each evening for proposals. Approximately 80% of these request are for things that fall beyond our areas of specialization. We serve a narrow niche market dealing with patio cover related projects only. I noticed one of the items in your notations was a deck. This is one of those items that we do not build. When this type of estimate request is received we just don't have the manpower to contact every one of them to explain that we are unable to accommodate their estimate request. I hope you understand. Thank you for contacting us though."
"Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We appreciate your business very much and it was our pleasure to serve your needs."
