The experience so far has been horrendous. They cannot solve the problem. Each engineer they send out has a different reason for what is going on. The next one that comes out would say that is not the problem. I have lost all faith in them. I would tell others that I do not think their engineers are qualified. After this experience, I am going to change my warranty company, so I can get another company.
