Very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. Fair prices, prompt, excellent service and easy to deal with. Marilyn at the office was a big help. Chris evaluated and schedule the job. Robert and Michael that did the installation were great. I was very please with everyone. I will definitely call them again with any glass service.

he did the work professionally as best I could see, but did not pick up the resulting mess. The technician was not communicative, but not rude either. We all have bad days. I also asked that, when finished with the window repair, to measure four pieces of furniture that I wanted glass topped, using the 3/8" expensive glass. The shop never returned a quote and I called once more and was told the same thing, that hey needed to talk to the technician.

Lone Star Glass replaced my patio door glass, and did so within 2 days of contacting them via phone for an estimate.  I was able to send them pictures while we talked on the phone, and got a price quote and scheduled installation during that initial phone call.  They arrived during the pre-scheduled window, with the right size piece of glass, and the right tools, and Phil Gonzales (lead guy) was very friendly and professional.  Would definitely use Lone Star Glass again.  Solid "A" grade.

I called a number of glass companies and Lone Star was the only one that promised they would be out THAT DAY to put in a temporary piece of commercial plastic that would protect our home while permanent glass was being cut.  Lone Star recommended that we use "laminated glass" to replace the tempered glass that the robber broke so easily.  YouTube 'laminated glass" (it is three pieces of glass put together and see what a great product this is for protection.  This special piece of glass took 3 weeks to make, and Lone Star came out when promised with this new safety 'glass'.  I worked with Rachel at Lone Star.  She was very sympathetic to our break-in and also suggested we install 'security film' on all vulnerable windows.  Rachel sent out Ted, who explained the security film and how effective it is against burglars.  Also, YouTube, security glass installations. This product is also awesome. Lone Star was so helpful during this very scary time.  They did exactly what they said they would.  Very happy with their security ideas and very appreciative of the extensive customer service. You can trust Lone Star Glass.

The Lone Star service people were prompt, professional, neat and competent. They replace the glass and took all the broken glass away. They measured the window frame and cut the glass right there in their truck.  I thought their price was very reasonable in that they made a service call to my house and sent two people to perform the job.  I will definitely use them again.
