+ -1 moreI hired Vance to design and layout a 2 story metal building home and the design he gave us didn’t make sense and was not even based off of our drawing. He had stairs going into a wall with no door to nowhere, a balcony with no access and numerous other mistakes in the design that made us lose all faith he was capable of delivering a design for a buildable structure. Just from the mistakes discovered in the simple CAD drawing the likelihood other errors and mistakes existed were all but insured. The last thing a builder wants to do is start building and then contractors discover design mistakes like the wrong measurements. Vance refused to refund us after we lost faith in his abilities. Honestly, I felt the guy was drunk or partying too much in the Houston nightlife and was not serious about the project. He definitely didn’t bring his A or even B game which is not good for the client when the small details matter.
