The installer did a good job on what he installed, but he didnâ t finish. He probably did 85 %. He worked 5 hrs and had to pick up his kids. He gave me his cell number to communicate w/ me. I thought he had my number; my mistake. I texted him 2 days later and asked when he was coming. He said he was waiting on me to text him. I asked him to text me when he could complete the job That was 8 days ago. He has stopped texting and wonâ t allow calls. He blocked my number. We are very disappointed. We need someone to complete the lights in one side of the house.

We used LiT after we saw them installing Christmas lights for one of our neighbors. They were at our house, installing the lights and garlands w/o interruption to our family, within 48 hours of our booking. We have had the lights since early November and have had no issue. A number of our other neighbors are now also using LiT. Would use again.

The installers were timely and professional. The customer service was great. My husband accidentally cut a cord trimming our bushes, and they came back out to fix it. Heard of LiT from friends in the neighborhood. I found the entire process to be easy, quote via providing a picture, clear choices from design, signed agreement and paid online. The crew worked fast on the install and the lights look great!

LiT did a great job of installing Christmas lights on our house. I reached out to them on Wednesday, I had a contract by Thursday, and lights on my house by Friday night! The install crew did a great job and were very kind and gracious about working until rather late in the evening on Friday to finish the job.
