I read Ms. Lapin's Simple and Sold and followed her suggestions - especially the importance of staging. I took great care in preparing my home for the initial Open House and used all of the social media etc. Listing Door offers to market my home. By the end of the day of my FIRST Open House, I had two MORE THAN FULL PRICE offers! Closing occurred 30 days after and I saved over $60,000 in commission fees!! I am getting ready to sell another home and I will definitely use Listing Door again.
Description of Work: I used Listing Door to list and sell my home without the expense of hiring a Real Estate Agent.
