The bulk of the job went well, but finishing up and closing our the job took a long time and damages incurred by the crew were not taken care of even though the contractor agreed

Jose promptly responded to my request for a bid for my renovation. He was professional and personable. The renovation started on schedule and the majority of the work was completed as agreed. During the course of the work, Jose’s crew damaged the lift to the main floor of the house. Jose agreed to pay for the repair. Unfortunately, Jose did not live up to this commitment. Although the repair was relatively inexpensive (less than $300), Jose did not follow-up with payment. Even after he repeatedly agree to pay for the repair, he did not follow-up and pay the bill. He stopped answering my calls and the calls from the repair company. I paid for it myself to keep it from going to a Collection’s Agency. Now, months after the completion of the work, I’m still trying to get him to cover the repair cost and will need to seek restitution via small claims court. It’s unfortunate that what started out as an exceptional experience with a contractor who seemed to be committed to doing the job right turned into an intolerable situation and one that is similar to so many other contractor related horror stories. I do not recommend using this company.

Jose the son of the owner Jesus was the one who met with me for the estimate. He gave me a very good quote and he also didn't say no to the stuff i wanted done that are kind of hard to do...he suggested better and more realistic options instead. I requested for him to personally handle the project and he did with one of their good people. They completed the project in a week and they did an excellent job. I was teary eyed when I saw everything because they brought what i envisioned to life. Jose was more than accommodating, he was super awesome on communicating and he really guided me very well in getting all the supplies needed for all the changes that we wanted done. We are very grateful for the hard work that they've done in making our new home very beautiful. We will be forever thankful to Lexmar. For sure we'll only use Lexmar for future home improvement or renovation projects.

I've never had a better experience with a contractor. The crew showed up on time every single day and worked bell-to-bell with only a short break for lunch each day. They even finished ahead of schedule by a full day! We had two bathroom tubs/showers converted and/or replaced and retiled, a half-finished siding job finished (including all detail work and fascia board), and the whole house painted. The process couldn't have been easier. They were very responsive to all questions and all communication was professional and customer-focused from start to finish. Another note: other contractors we received quotes from were not only unreasonable with their prices, but each one said they couldn't even start for 6-8 weeks. Lexmar Started within a week of the first contact and finished all the work in 9 full working days! It doesn't get better than that, folks. We will definitely call them first for any future work. If you're tired of getting the runaround, sitting through long presentations only to receive outrageous price quotes, call Lexmar Builders and give them a shot. You won't be disappointed!

They are really good at what they do and provide a professional service. I will recommend and use them, again.

He did the granite and backslash it took about 4 days to complete and price ended up being very affordable. Very happy and satisfied and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for these services!

Surprisingly no issues with delays or anything, we set a date and time for everything to be finished and they stuck to it, definitely would hire again!
