They did a wonderful job. The quality of the work stood out for me. They removed the old gutters and put in the new ones. They were very professional. We would use them again in the future if we had the need.

I researched gutter systems and narrowed my search down to Englert (through the Costco kiosk system) and Guttermaxx. Jeff (Englert) and Nina (Guttermaxx) came out and took measurements and provided me with a price. Englert price was $11,800 but with the $1,145 Costco cash card and the 3% AMEX discount, the price was about $10,300. The Guttermaxx system was slightly less expensive but the product was slightly inferior (in my opinion) and I did not like the fact that Guttermaxx uses Hardy product to secure their gutter system to the house. Hardy is a good product that does not rot (cement board) but it is very heavy and that is a lot of added weight on the fascia boards. Installation was scheduled for about 2 weeks later. Truck showed up just before 9 am and they first measured all of the areas that needed gutters. They then made the gutters right off of the truck, cutting each single price to length. Second crew showed up about an hour later and first removed the drip edge that was put on when the roof was completed. Englert uses a 5 inch aluminum piece that serves as a drip cap and it what they use to secure the gutter to your house. Gutters were then secured for each section. Corners were then installed all around the house. Finally downspouts were installed. Crew cleaned up all the materials and used a magnet to pick up any loose nails that were on the driveway, etc. Work was finished around 6 pm. Gutters got a workout over the weekend with some heavy rains and performed as advertised. These are very pricey for gutters but they are a quality product and they work as promised. No regrets on the purchase and I was happy with the installation process.

On 12/3/2013 the salesman came to our house about an hour before he was scheduled. He gave us a long, but informative, demonstration of the different kinds of gutters to install and convinced us that, because of where we lived, the Leafguard would be best. We signed a contract and paid $2,248.00 to him. The installation date was for 1/24/14, which we were not happy with. He assured us that he would try to move that date forward. We never heard from him again.
On 1/23/2014, it was apparent that they may not be able to install the gutters due to weather. I never heard from them, so I called and she assured me that they would be installing our gutters. On 1/24/14, the weather was bad, and they never installed our gutters. No one from the company called us. Two days later, I called them to find out when they were going to reschedule. They never called me back. It took four phone calls to reschedule this. The person that did the schedule told me that I would have to go to the end of the line, that she couldn't bump someone else just because I didn't get my done. I told her that I thought we should have been called that day, but she told me and quot;I didn't bring my computer home with me, or I would haveand quot;. I thought that was very poor planning since she had to have known about the weather situation.
We were reschedule for 1/29/14. This is almost two months about we signed the contract and paid a significant amount of money to the company. They came out late and when they replaced the facia board that was rotted, We noted that it was cut poorly and needed to be redone. They finally agreed, but were annoyed that we were watching.
During the first significant rain on 2/17/14, we noted that the water was coming down from the roof between the gutters and the facia board. We called Leafguard that day .
On 2/19/14 late afternoon, an installer came out and said that the gutters were installed incorrectly, without the metal flashing. He installed what he had in the truck and told us that they would call us and set up an appointment to install the rest correctly. We waited until 2/24/14 to call them back. No one ever called us.
We scheduled an appointment for 2/27/14. At 2:30PM, they had not showed up, so we called. We talked with several people in the office, Finally, the general manager admitted that he made a mistake and scheduled us for the following week. He offered $100.00 for his mistake. I think my time is worth more than this and I explained that I didn't want $100.00, I wanted what I paid for without any further problems. He reluctantly sent out a crew, who explained that they were in the area anyway. (The GM didn't know this?) The waited for the materials for an hour. At about 4:00PM they started and finished before dark. Time will tell if this was done correctly.
I will let you decide if you want to work with this company based on the above information.

William Eckard came and gave us a presentation on 12/06/2013. I don't think you can get any better than Leafguard! We have a service agreement with them! He was very prompt and professional. Sent me an email to introduce himself. I was really impressed by him, as he took his shoes off at the door because it was raining. He explained what he thought we should have.

Due to the facia boards coming loose the gutters had to be removed to repair this.
Ron Ducote worked with me to have the gutters reattached after the facia boards were repaired.
The men who came out were efficient and had our wonderful gutters back in place under 30 minutes.
The whole staff at Leafguard Gulfcoast are very professional.

I was very happy with the work performed and the professionalism of the crew. THESE GUTTERS ARE VERY EXPENSIVE, but due to all of the large oak and pine trees that overhand my roof they are exactly what I wanted. I do not anticipate ever having to climb on the roof again to clean them. The old gutters needed cleaning at least every three months.

I am overall very pleased with the performance of the company from the estimate visit down to the install. I was a little shocked at the price, but we knew beforehand they were an expensive system compared to others options out there. Right before the install, we decided to add an additional area to be guttered to the house. Leafguard was very accommodating about the change. They even had to come back out to finish up the job, and were very quick to get back out to us. The overall wait from estimate to install was shorter than we were told, which was great. I think the gutters look fabulous on the house. Many of our neighbors have stopped by to comment on how the house looks. The system works very well, except during extreme downpours, and I don't believe any system works 100% when that much water is coming off your roof (we have very steep areas on our roof also). No clogs from the leaves, and the leaves are dropping like banchees! We are less than a year in, so I can't comment on longevity, but the warranty sounds good on paper. So far, so good! I am hopeful we will not be replacing this system for many decades. I would recommend them if you want to spend the $ on this type of gutter system.

They came when they were supposed to and put the guards up. They work well and they look good. They guarantee that the guards will work and if they don’t they will clean your gutters for you. It's a lot pricier than just an open gutter, but it is low maintenance; I don't think the price is out of line for what they installed.

Called the company and they sent out a representative to give an estimate. We called them the next day and set a date and time for them to install the gutters. The crew arrived on the date and completed the installation per the agreement. They worked quickly and cleaned up the area around the house. As of this date (6/10) we have had no problems with the work they performed.

We scheduled the gutters to be installed the week of June 22, 2007. That week it rained. Due to the rain other customers were rescheduled on our date. Since I had to take time off the company worked with us on a new date. The crew came on the scheduled time. They were very professional and even came back of their own accord the next morning to complete one last part. Our gutters survived Hurricane Ike with no damage. Plus we have never had to clean the gutters.

Initial visit was good, but they never submitted the paperwork and estimate to my home owners association for approval. I called several times. Then after 2 months, I emailed the Customer Service Director on their web site. The new local manager responded the next day and took care of the paperwork. I then got to slip in to another slot and got the work done right away. The gutters are generally great, but they get overwhelmed during the sudden and quick torrential downpours we get. If there is too much hard rain, it just falls right over the gutters.

Overall, the service was ok. The gutters are cleaned and the damage is no longer a problem. The only issue I have is the price. The guy who came to give the estimate was not qualified enough to give this kind of estimate. He told me one price and when they finished the work, the price was a lot higher. I did not feel that this was very professional of them, but at least my gutters are clean now!

"THIS WAS NOT OUR COMPANY. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CLEANING SERVICES, UNLESS IT IS A LEAFGUARD SYSTEM. IF IT IS LEAFGUARD THEN IT IS A FREE CLEANING FOR THE LIFETIME OF THE HOUSE."

INSTALLERS WERE VERY POLITE, BUT DID NOT CLEAN VERY WELL AFTER JOB WAS COMPLETE. THE WORKERS WERE SPANISH SPEAKING WHICH MADE CONVERSING DIFFICULT.
